Of all the paint protection film shops roughly in the vicinity of the greater Lehigh Valley, I chose Immaculate Paint Protection, owned and operated by Bill Fetter. From the moment I talked with Bill, I liked what I heard. He was up-front with details concerning timing, costs and options. He answered emailed questions promptly, courteously and completely. By phone, he was a professional and always took the time to explain whatever facet of the process I was wondering about. The photos on his website don’t do his shop justice. The place really is immaculate. It’s modern, organized and beautifully lighted. It’s clean enough so that this clean-freak didn’t have to worry about dust settling on the car ruining the PPF application. Now that the work is done and I’ve had the car back for a few weeks, I’ve got to say that I’m delighted to have brought my car to Bill. He did an outstanding job. It’s flawless. There's not a bubble, not even a tiny bubble, or a loose edge anywhere. Not only did Bill do fantastic work, but he gave me a few starter supplies and a ton of great tips on keeping the car looking new. Bill’s a professional. He knows his business. He’s also personable and easy to work with. Above all, he is an honest, trustworthy businessman. He tells you what he is going to do and then does exactly that. To me, his ethics alone would have been a great reason to bring my expensive new car to him. Trust your car to Bill. You’ll be glad you did.

Immaculate Paint Protection worked with me while my vehicle was taking weeks before arriving to the dealership. The day it arrived, they welcomed me right into the shop. I ordered the full frontal paint protection film and the level 3 full ceramic coating on my 2022 Toyota RAV4. Bill and Dan explained the whole process in clear, easy to understand detail. I was absolutely comfortable in having the car I just bought in their capable hands. And they certainly delivered. The car is shinier than the day it arrived and I have peace of mind knowing the white and black paint will be protected from the salt and rock chips. They also helped me with additional ppf protection on the rocker panels, A pillars, and rear bumper appliqué. While the process was underway, they kept me updated with photos over text. In the end, they stayed up late to make sure my vehicle was ready a day before the estimated pick up date, all without compromising the quality and ensuring the full cure time for the ceramic. The service was stellar and the person to person relationship between customer and owner was the highlight of the experience. I can not recommend this business enough. 3 month update: Once a month I’ve hand washed the Rav4 to Bill’s instruction and the vehicle kept clean. The vehicle sat outside for three weeks while we were away on vacation. When we returned the vehicle was covered in bird droppings, heavy pollen, and water spots from rain. With a quick rinse of a power washer , a great majority slid right off the surface. Bill helped me with my next wash and taught me how to preserve the hydrophobic properties with the Gyeon Wet Coat solution. The water slid right off the car and all the water spots were gone. The car has always sat outside and the paint still remains untouched by the elements. My experience with the vendor and product continues to be positive. I highly recommend the services they provide.

I recently had my Dodge Charger at Immaculate Paint Protection to get PPF installed on the front of my car. When I sent an email asking for information I received a phone call from Bill, the owner, shortly after the inquiry. He gave me detailed information on what it was and was right up front with the costs. Bill went above and beyond with detailing my vehicle. He did an amazing job installing the PPF and you can't even tell that it is there. Not only that but he did services he didn't even say he was going to like cleaning the inside and doing a little bit of paint correction on the front. I've never seen my car look as good as it did when I picked it up. He even explained to my wife what his recommendations were and gave us a care package to keep the car looking its best. His shop is one of the cleanest I've ever seen, and everything seems to have its place to be. I am very impressed and will definitely be using him for any of my other vehicles that I need detailed. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car, so I didn't get a good picture, but I've included pictures Bill sent me to keep me updated on the progress.

I'm posting this review far too late, but I am overall extremely pleased with Bill and his shop. I had recently bought a new Tesla Model S Plaid. I knew I wanted to get a full body paint protection film done on this car from the get go. I immediately started doing my research before even taking delivery. When asking around friends and coworkers about possible shops, Bill's name came up frequently. I did message the various local shops - Bill consistently responded quickly to my questions, offered advice, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need or want. My impression was Bill is an honest businessman with pride in his work, so I ultimately decided to bring my car to his shop. When it came time to actually have the work done on my car, Bill took his time explaining to me what his plans are, how the overall process works. Please excuse the lengthy review but the TL;DR is if you’re looking for any sort of PPF, Ceramic Coating, or Tint work for your car, look no further than Immaculate Paint Protection. Bill, the owner, is truly in a class of his own when it comes to the work as well as his customer service. I emailed numerous shops for quotes on a full wrap Matte PPF install for my 2026 Tesla Model Y as well as window tint and Bill was the only one who personally called to not only give me the quote, but talk through the entire process, the products he would use, and educate me on why he’s using those products. It was a good 10-15 minute call purely dedicated to process and background which speaks volumes to the caliber of service Bill provides. At the time, Bill was not certified in window tinting (now he is!!) however, he said that he would bring in a certified tech to install the tint so I could get everything done in his shop rather than taking it elsewhere for tint. He is clearly passionate about 100% customer satisfaction and providing the best possible service he can! To further highlight Bill’s top shelf customer service, he asks to bring the car back ~4 weeks later for a complimentary hand wash but, more importantly, for him to inspect his work and identify any imperfections that he could correct. As a matter of fact, he did notice a few spots in the wrap that he was not satisfied with and offered to replace those pieces free of charge! It is clear that he holds himself to a higher standard and is easily evident in his work, demeanor, and craftsmanship. When you come into his shop, he doesn’t treat you as just another transaction, but takes his time with you, makes you feel valued, and addresses all of your questions and concerns. In addition to all of that, he provides daily updates and pictures of the progress which I greatly appreciate and is a sign of true white glove service. I think it is also very telling that his shop is pristine and very well organized! Bill, I can’t thank you enough for your hard work and greatly value your high level of service and communication. You’ve got a customer for life and will bring my future cars, as well as tell all of my friends and family to bring their cars, to Immaculate Paint Protection for all of their PPF, Ceramic Coating, and tinting needs!!

Just took delivery of our new 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from Bill Fetter at Immaculate Paint Protection (Allentown, PA). The truck looks even better than when we drove it off the dealer’s lot! Bill took the time to fully understand our desires with the paint protection film, explained the benefits (and limitations), and suggested protection elements we didn’t even consider. His commitment to quality is evident in every step of the process. Following a full wash, Bill inspected the surfaces, prepped, and installed the film with meticulous detail.
