Bad business he will get your car keep it for a very long time acting like he is working on it but isn't and say he fixed things but didn't I advise nobody 2 take a car there he also messed my truck up and didn't want 2 be responsible 2 fix it

The guys here took car in and was done the next day. They looked at everything on my car and fixes it all. They called with everything they found to get my approval for repair. I recommend them for any foreign car. My car runs brand new and it's an 08

I dropped off my 08 audi A4 quattro on a Monday and got it back the following Wednesday. He did what i asked and then some. Curtis went above and beyond. My daughter loaned me her 2014 Mercedes’ which needed TLC/repairs. After reading reviews and visiting a couple import mechanic locations, I received a referral stopped in observed the work flow, set an appointment and been amazed with the turnkey service. Curtis the owner with Import Specialist is courteous, professional and highly skilled w/Mercedes’ brand! Same day and within an hour Curtis diagnosed and repaired the drivers power seat, now I can see and safely drive! Import Specialist in PC Florida will be my go to with all auto repairs. I appreciate Curtis working in my repair in an extremely timely manner, with all the major repairs that were in process. Having the best mechanic is like having the best hair stylist!

It seemed sketchy when I dropped it off - for several days I was given assurance that the work was underway. Then the phone stopped being answered? I went by and fortunately found a rear door that was open and found a human. After pleading with him, he helped locate my key and we left. I breathed a big sigh of relief. No way to run a business!

0/10 Terrible service, terrible communication, sketchy shop. Owner was getting ready to cuss me & my husband out because we forgot to bring the keys back to them so they can fix our car that broke down not even an hour after being "fixed" waste of $800..

Took my bmw there on two separate occasions for coolant leaks. They fixed both leaks costing over 2k. Fast forward 6 months later...ive got looks in both of those same places, according to a different auto mechanic. AND they dont warranty their work. Beware.
