Dropped my truck off previous night. Called me soon after opening with diagnosis and proposed repair for the issue I was having with the brakes; most importantly, although the problem was my fault, they treated me with respect and not the disdain I have received from “one of the Big 3” shops in town. Repair was quick, they test drove my truck to make sure it wasn’t the brake booster as I had thought, and the price of repair was reasonable. Definite 5 star

I recently had my brakes replaced at Imported Auto Center and couldn't be happier with the service. Angelo and his staff were professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. When the mechanic identified an additional issue I was provided with a timeline of when the repair should be addressed. I didn’t feel pressured into getting it done right away. Angelo’s prices are more than reasonable, especially when compared to other garages in the area. Value for my hard earned dollars for sure! I won’t hesitate to go back to Imported Auto Center for my next repair. It was a great experience all around!

I had major engine repair on my 2014 BMW 320xi. I had timing issues but luckily got it repaired before doing permanent damage. It was a laborious and complicated repair. My car now works great and runs like it is new. It was not cheap but given the amount of labor and parts required it was more than fair. It was also far cheaper than getting a new BMW! Their skill level was very impressive; it is almost a waste of talent having them do oil changes! They were also very nice about storing my car after repair completion since I was on travel. I would highly recommend them. They did have a large queue of cars in repair so I had to wait almost a month to get the repair done. Not a problem for me since I have other vehicles, but something to keep in mind.

They were incredibly accommodating and were able to fit me in their schedule in-between their other scheduled appointments. So kind, very quick and were able to repair my tire with a permanent patch.
