Very pleased! I have used Inside Out Auto twice now and both times have been great experiences. I first had a full car detail and outside ceramic coating. When I picked up the car it looked brand new again. I also just scheduled my front windows to be tinted with them and I could not be happier. The owner and employees have been great to work with and do an exceptional job. Would definitely recommend!

My name is Anthony Cook. At the Cars for Cancer show, held on Labor Day.I put a canopy up for some shade with weights on all 4 legs. A huge gust of wind blew my canopy up and off the weights, and scratched the door on my 1992 Dodge Viper. I was devastated, this car is in brand new condition. Kaleb from Inside Out Auto, saw what happened, looked at the scratches on my car, and said I can fix it. I was skeptical, but I brought my car to Kaleb Tuesday. He told me what he was going to do. I told him okay and in about 2 hours the scratches are nearly invisible. I brought my car to Quicks that night and friends who saw the scratches Labor Day, couldn’t find the scratches. The car looks great. I’m so happy. If your car or trucks paint needs a little help give Kaleb at Inside Out Auto a call, Im glad I did.

For $250 I'm not impressed. We dropped off yesterday at 8am and just picked up at 6pm. We got an exterior/interior detailing. The windows were not cleaned on all windows were the visors hang, there was dug hair left in the side handle/cup holder panel, there was dried milk on the side panel, the outside steps were not clean, the door frame was not cleaned, and there was a residue left on the dash board. The bead of the truck was not cleaned and the tonneau cover was not cleaned as well. The carpets look good and so do the seats.

What a great place to take your vehicle to get detailed! Brought our 2019 GMC in for a full interior detail after the winter salt and dirt from softball season. It was like night and day difference when we picked it up. Caleb and the team at Inside Out Auto got the stains our little leaves all over the backseat out, the dirt and crumbs out of the crevices, and the cat hair that seemed magnetized to the seats all out as well. Also, I need to mention the amazing smell from the shampoo and deodorizer they must use is really good smelling too. I'm all in on Inside Out from now because of the great service they provided and the friendly staff too. If you need anything from interior or exterior detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, or PPF defing do yourself a favor and give them a call. You'll be happy you did!!

Disappointed Twice – and Then Misrepresented I went to this car detailing place after receiving the service as a gift from my parents. Unfortunately, the first time I picked up my car, the quality of the work was extremely poor. I wasn’t sure what to do, but I called the company to express my concerns. To their credit, the person I spoke with was very apologetic and offered to have me bring my car back so they could make it right. When I returned, I walked someone through about 10 specific items that were missed the first time. I expected that, in addition to those, someone with detailing experience would do a full inspection and bring the car up to a basic professional standard. Instead, when I picked up the car, I was simply handed the keys. A younger employee shyly apologized over his shoulder as he walked out the door—something I took in stride, assuming he was new and still learning customer service. I looked at a couple of the items I had originally pointed out, saw that they still weren’t done properly, and at that point, I didn’t want to waste more of my time. If it couldn’t be done right after two attempts, why would I expect a third to be any better? I left, deciding I wouldn’t return. Here’s where it takes a turn and why I am now writing a review. After I told my mom about the experience, she called the company. She was told that I had been walked out to my car, examined it thoroughly, given my keys back, and left satisfied. That is absolutely false. I was not walked out to my car, no one asked if I was satisfied, and I didn’t do a door-to-door inspection. I simply looked at a couple of spots, saw the problems weren’t fixed, and left on my own. I didn’t even realize I was supposed to provide a play-by-play checklist of everything that needed to be done—I assumed a professional detailing service would take it upon themselves to inspect and correct the work - all the work, not JUST what was pointed out. The company’s written response to my mom’s review included this baffling quote: "When your daughter picked up her vehicle after we made those corrections, she examined the vehicle door by door in our parking lot and happily took her keys." That never happened. I didn’t inspect the vehicle door by door. I didn’t express that I was happy with the work. And I didn’t say a word to anyone because, frankly, no one asked. They also claimed my mom called “one week later,” when it was actually just four days. Another quote from their response stood out to me: "Which is unfortunate as we had gone out of the way to fix this issue without hesitation." That’s a strange way to describe fixing an issue that they caused in the first place. I was the one who went out of my way, giving them a second chance and returning with the hope they would make things right. Unfortunately, they didn’t. I wasn’t going to post this review initially. But after seeing how the situation was misrepresented to my mom, I decide I wanted to share my thoughts. I have attached a few pictures of the detailing work after the 2nd attempt. There are more items of concern but these are considered "fixed" in their book. This was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and I hope the business takes this as constructive feedback, not just criticism.

I brought in my 2018 Chevy Equinox to Hunter. Keep in mind this is the first time I’ve had my car completely detailed and over the years there have been trees, grandchildren, wood, food, you name it and it’s been in my car. Oh and also tons of french fries, candy things like that down between my seats along with some chapsticks, etc. Having said all that my car needed a lot of love. When I got it back I was so excited to see that it looked like I had just bought it off the lot. If someone can cry over a car, I was a few seconds away. He did an awesome job, every nook and cranny, all vents, tire compartment, glove boxes, etc, were cleaned and polished. My seats and carpets looked brand new and smelled wonderful. It was a very easy process, I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at 3:30 that afternoon.I highly recommend asking for Hunter when you take in your car, he is amazing! Highly recommend this company!!

When I had accidentally got a bunch of road paint on our brand new truck, we dropped it off to these guys a few weeks later and got it back same day looking good as new! They even were able to get it off the plastics on the mirror, handle, and fender flair! Highly recommend!
