There’s a Third shift lady with a blue car very rude and appears to be racist. I once was in the store getting a scratch ticket and a young white man came in to the store getting stuff and we both went to the cashier almost at the same time and she asked him to come first and he said no and pointed at me saying to her that I was there first and she lied saying that he was there first and I kind of understood what she was doing and decided to let it go and after that I noticed anytime I’m there for business she always finds ways to be rude to me

Used the car wash here and it did a pretty good job, not much else to say other than each car tasks about 10 minutes to complete a wash... didn't realize it was going to turn into a 50 minute ordeal😅

My husband and I moved to the area 3 years ago. We got the Irving card and purchase all our gas there. We also go in every week for soda, lottery tickets and duncan donuts. I have a problem with one particular lady at the register. She has constantly been rude to me and others. The last time I was in she actually yelled at me to move along, I have a line. I don't have eyes behind my head so I didn't see a line. She completely embarrassed me as everyone heard her. At this point I will not go back in that store. I know I am only one person but I thought you should know.

Best gas station around. Clean bathrooms, fairly priced gasoline compared to all others in the area, hot water for my tea. I try to plan my gas stop here every time I go by.

Very clean and well kept store and grounds. It's also a very well manned store so there's none of those moments with 1 employee to 20 customers. Also has a pretty surprising selection of goods for a gas station....

I had a very pleasant experience coming here to get my coffee and gas..staff was superb, the guy with the beard ..don't know his name ..but he was funny as hell ! 🤣 I love to joke around so it's nice to meet some customers and friendly staff to do that with..!👍🙂. Never been at this location before and trust me if I am back in the area ..will definately be stopping at this location to deal with your awesome staff of people ! Very Pleased !!👍😁😉🙏

Car wash is constantly broken half the time. It closes at night but lights are on. Gas pump accepts your credit card and then pump doesn't start. You end up waiting and waiting with no feedback. Some tellers are very rude and don't know what they are doing. Prices are not bad. Market has good selection.

Horrible experience. Main store was closed but pumps were still usable. First problem...after swiping my card at the pump, thecpump refused to activate. This was pump#5. So, I canceled the sake and moved to another pump....same issue at pump #3. Lastly I tried another pump. Not only did the pump refuse to activate, it also refused to cancel the sale. I was using a debit card thus money had been pre-authorized. Since that sale wouldn't cancel, my card held the pre auth. Fortunately, the sale was canceled by my card after 5 mins of no activity so I received my money back. Definitely a rotten experience in the early hours of the morning, in the middle of nowhere.

I live in Goffstoofwn and this has always been my choice for gas,in last few months my friends and I have noticed that most often in a day the price changes a couple of times never notice this before other stations in and out of the area pretty much stay the same Why anyhow I find myself looking at other stations. I feel bad because I like to support local businesses

Car wash is usually down all winter or when you want to wash your car, just expect it to be down and out of order. Plus all the nozzles need help when it does work. They seem to spray everywhere but onto your car. Don't waste your money here for car wash, I started going the small one off exit 9n about a mile past Mobil on the right.

Absolutely shocked by probably one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had. Paid $15 for a car wash. The car wash did not dry the whole left side of my SUV. I went inside to tell the cashier. To my surprise, a woman named Jess, said in casual tone, “Oh yeah, the left dryer is broken.” I stood there waiting for a sorry or something. I said, “Why isn’t there a sign telling people that? I wouldn’t have gotten a car wash.” Apparently there was a sign, it just “blew away.” She then proceeds to tell me that because of the premium wax they use that it will just bead off and dry. “It’s just water,” as Jess so rudely let me know. Since I did not get a wash that had their premium wax, my car has dots all over the left outside of my windows and the left side of my car is streaked with water that didn’t “bead up due to the great wax they use.” It’s just water after all. A refund or a free car wash would have been appreciated since I paid $15 for a car wash that was broken. She was so rude. She could not have cared less that the dryer was broken and it inconvenienced me. I don’t get my car washed often because I don’t have the extra money to spend on a car wash. I called and asked who I had spoken to. The guy on the phone was all secret and wouldn’t let me know her name until I heard the woman say, “Just tell her it’s Jess.” Anyways, I used to frequent this place because of DD and their *cheaper* gas. They have now lost a customer because they legit couldn’t apologize or help me out in any way. Thanks so much Irving! Your employees are the best!

Generally a well stocked store with decent pricing. I have an issue with them claiming that they are open 24 hours. I have been there 3 times now after midnight and the doors were locked. Gas was available, but that doesn't qualify as "open"

Be Cautious! The pumps at this location have many issues and you may be paying for gas that you did not receive! They know there is a problem and they are not doing anything about it. Then the pumps will take away your Irving rewards at random. Then customer service is awful when you bring it to their attention! When filling up the car, I have witnessed the pumps at this station stop pumping gas but the dollar amount keep rolling. I brought this to the manager's attention and he states that they have been having issues and that they have to get those fixed. Admitting they knew there was a problem and offering zero compensation. On another occasion, I tried to use rewards to fill up my tank and had the pump stop at a random gallon amount, specifically 6.923 gal. I know there's a limit to reward gallons, but assuredly it's not 6.923 gallons. I brought this the attendant's attention. He says to fill up my tank and they can just give me the reward amount back in cash. So I fill the tank up the rest of the way and go back inside the store. The attendant retracts the previous claim and says that I have to speak to the manager tomorrow morning. They can not refund the reward. Horrible business practice!

Competitive prices due to a Mr. Gas station sitting nearby. Carwash and Circle K located there. Place was upkept. Update: Wednesday afternoon, December 2020; Still in good shape. Competitive pricing. I THINK the carwash is touchless. Was difficult to see, carwash windows were fogged up.

New pumps are nice and a needed upgrade. Only issue with this gas station is that FedEx in the morning and at night flood the pumps and it's hard to get gas and or Dunkins. It would be nice if they updated that location with pumps for large trucks away from the regular pumps.

I was charged $3.30 for gas that I never received, and I have video proof showing the nozzle was still in my hand while the display kept increasing as if fuel was being pumped. When I reported it to the cashier, they told me the manager wasn’t available and asked me to come the next day. Later, I was told the manager works from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., so I visited three different mornings before 10 a.m., but every time, the front desk said the manager had “just left” or “wasn’t here today.” Today, the staff told me they had already spoken to the manager, and her response was that they don’t issue refunds and it’s not their problem. That’s completely unacceptable — this issue clearly happened due to their pump malfunction, not the customer. Very poor management — the manager is never available during her stated hours, and the team shows no accountability or time sense. Customers should not be charged for fuel they never received. Circle K/Irving corporate must take responsibility and refund this amount. Receipt details: • Date: 09/29/2025 • Pump: #05 • Total Charged: $3.30
