Someone vandalized my car with a rock - essentially scratched the clear coat all along the drivers side of the car. Owner of this business was busy, but came out to quote me and gave me his honest feedback. Took his time explaining his thoughts and rationales. Did a great job and priced well. These guys know what they do and take pride in their work. I was referred by BMW Seattle and was not disappointed; communication with Pat was was prompt and professional, and the attention to detail with his service was on a level I'd never before received from a detailer. Pat even went out of his way to individually fix minor chips in the paint and THOROUGHLY clean the undercarriage. I have been back an additional two times and have received the same stellar service each time. These guys rock!

When you're looking for a detailing shop that will do a great job, the key is to find one run by a passionate, meticulous and obsessive car nut with incredibly high standards. Pat is all of those things and more. To call Pat "detail oriented" is an extreme understatement. You can be confident that he will discover every last thing that's off about your car and find a way to correct it, right down to that nut that was missing inside my rear view mirror and caused it to wiggle ever so slightly. The work at island detail goes beyond just cleaning and shining, too. When my in laws gave us their old hand me down car, we were excited to have something with more room but it was a complete disaster. It smelled bad, looked bad, and we had no idea if any of the maintenance had been done. Pat and his team cleaned it up and gave it the 1000 point inspection. Now it looks fantastic and I feel very confident that it's safe for my wife and daughter to use every day. Thanks, Pat!!

My car had a terrible leak and water overflowed from my trunk, spilling underneath the carpeting of the entire vehicle. I called around and learned that many shops don't know how to treat this issue properly. Island Detail is one of the few shops that knows what they're doing when it comes to cleaning up water leaks. You have to pull back the carpeting, dry everything out, and replace the pads. Not every shop will bother with this effort, but it's necessary unless you want mold growing in your vehicle (or worse). Pat got me into his shop when everyone else was booked out. He fixed the issue quickly, went over all the costs with me in detail, and was communicative throughout. The leak was coming from multiple sources, and it took a few tries to properly troubleshoot the problem and resolve all the leaks, but Pat saw me through until the issue was fully resolved. This is what I would call good, old-fashioned service. It's clear that Pat knows his stuff and has been doing this work longer than most in Seattle. I highly recommend Island Detail.

I've been taking my car to Pat at Island Detail for years. It's not cheap but nothing really good is. I would never take it anywhere else nor have I nor should you. He knows everything about cars when it comes to the exterior. Need a windshield? He knows who does the best job in any vehicle servicing need. He knows the best wheel alignment shop. He knows the best wheel refinishing shop. Best BMW Mechanic etc... If you bring your car to him he can subcontract all that stuff out so your car is complete when you pick it up. You'll be thrilled with the outcome as I always am!

The most thorough and complete white glove detail service in Seattle hands down. This is not your average detail shop. Brought in my BMW 5 series to get the engine bay and undercarriage pressure washed and cleaned due to a gasket oil leak and Pat went above and beyond with it. When I took it back to my mechanic to get the gasket work done he was amazed at how incredible it looked! He joked he could eat off of the top of the engine bay because it looked brand new. The whole experience dealing with Pat went so smooth, I was incredibly satisfied with the work. Thank you!
