Myexperience with J.D transmission has the worst that i have experienced , My SUV still remains in their garage and not repaired since last year,they have been paid and i still make payments on my suv and have to keep full coverage with the progressive Iive in vermont and have two children that i adopted that i have to transport but Julio and his employees dont care.I dont know what i did too them for them to behave in this matter ,because all i am to them is a customer and once all is settled will be a former customer never to do buisness with them.As some one that has devoted to helping people in my profession for 35 years both in mass and Vermont and adopted two children i dont understand how any one in J.D Transmission can live with themselves, especaily when one thing he and i have in common we are both from Puerto Rico and it is not within our culture to treat people this way,but once in awhile we find a bad apple.

I only am giving one star so I may write the review. My truck was in their possession long after I paid for repairs to be done. Only after did I receive my vehicle 60 days did it fail on the highway. Again holding my vehicle for several months, I received my property with scrap exhaust inside & later on to find it had not been timed the correct way, resulting in further damage to my property. Stay away.

The worst experience of my life....took him over 6 months to complete my transmission....it failed within 5 months....he refused to honor his warranty. Meanwhile I had to tow my Lexus from his shop back to my home where it has been sitting for over a year. I was forced to buy another vehicle. Finally I have a judgment against him!!! Good luck getting your vehicle back....and good luck with it being fixed right!
