We had a window broke out downtown Spokane. I looked on Google and found J.J. Auto Glass. This man came over within 2 hours with his work van. Within an hour he had it replaced. He offered the best price by $200, answered right away, came to my house on my schedule, and had the windshield replaced in an hour. It started raining pretty hard before the sealant had a chance to dry and no leaks at all. Everything was perfect! J.J. was a pleasure to engage with. I called him after-hours and he responded immediately. He repaired the hatch window of my 2015 Honda CVR the very next morning. He came to my work place and completed the job in the parking lot in under 2 hours. It was a messy job, but he left the car and lot spotless. I didn't test the defrost or wiper functions, but he assured me if there were and problems whatsoever, he'd address them. So nice to see an ambitious, young man running a good business.
