UPDATE!! MORE INSURANCE FRAUD! They did not replace the front or rear bumper! And were paid to do so! Instead they did a sub par repair and the repair has already cracked!
I only gave 1 star because I had to select one. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
J&M had no problem FORGING MY INSURANCE CHECKS. (Which we have pressed charges for.)
They will not fix a paint job THEY mess up.
When I brought the following issues up to the OWNER. His response was, “ It looks fine to me, I am not repainting your car!”
My 2023 Durango has to be completely repainted.
Color match was not close to being right.
Clear coat runs on any “blending” they attempted.
New hood - painted and cleared over a ton of trash, fish eyes, runs, etc.
Brand new front bumper. They cleared over a “no paint covered area. And even buffed the black plastic showing through the clear coat on the bumper.

Performed 1/2 of the job for full $22,000 pay. Car was at their shop for 2 years. Shipped car across country missing parts, the glass missing. Poor communication, damaged some the upholstery work that was done. Do not use this shop!!!
