I Took my VW jetta to Jacks with an unknown cooling system issue (over heating), problem fixed, they also took the time to show me the parts that was replaced and recharged my A/C ay no charge.

Overall, the service was good, but after talking with the 2 young hispanic males that work here, I realized how much the Armenian owner was exploiting them. I found out they both ended up leaving because of this greedy exploiter. Don't support this man, service your car somewhere else.

Jack is the most honest, professional and efficient person I have ever known. He is been my mechanic for more than 15 years, I came to him desperate and tired of dealing with dishonest mechanics, specially if you are a woman. He treated me with respect and honesty, he has gained my loyalty.

You can see from my review history, I don't give out many negative reviews. My experience of this place is they will give you one quote over the phone and a completely different (and more expensive) one when you arrive to pick up your vehicle. I was also told by the owner, Jack, that a bracket on my vehicle was replaced to solve a shifting issue. However, when I picked up my car, the mechanic said the bracket was just loose and wasn't replaced. The owner lied about several things which I won't go into detail. I will never return here and advise you stay away, there are mechanics in the area with much more integrity and that do better work.
