My car display was showing low pressure in my tires. I pulled into Jack Williams and asked them if they can check my tires, since the display on my console was saying all four tires were low. They immediately got me in and checked the air on all four tires. They noticed that there was a wire sticking in the front left tire. I asked them if they can repair it and they said yes. I did, however, tell them that the display in my car was showing that the front right was the one that was really low. When they put it up on the lift, they found out that the wire had not punctured the tire, so we were good with that one. However, they did find that there was a slow leaking valve, in the front right tire. They fixed that up for me. I did not have an appointment and they were very quick with helping me. Very friendly people down there and it was very convenient for me. Thank you.

Needed my tire checked for a leak after a long day at work. I was stressed because of the hour and how far I needed to get home. Called Jack Williams and thankfully they had evening hours and told me I could bring my car over. Found a nail in my tire and was able to repair it. They had it fixed quickly and I was on my way home. Everyone was super nice, helpful and most importantly honest. I really appreciated being able to get this taken of quickly and without hassle.

Today, both Edward the manager, and the mechanic that checked and fixed my leaking tire, were professional, polite, patient, and in short, great. I highly recommend this shop, primarily due to the exceptional staff.

$2,500 worth of tires and an awful experience. Walked in at 7:45am for an 8am appointment — four employees at the counter and not one acknowledged me. After awkwardly announcing myself, I was told the job would take 45–60 minutes and start at 8. By 10:30, all that had been done was removing the wheels! No other vehicles in the shop. I left and was called at 11:45 saying it was done. Pickup revealed greasy handprints inside the truck and incorrect tire pressures (85, 0, 70, 74). One TPMS sensor was damaged or missing — all worked when I arrived. After more waiting, I was told the sensor was “faulty” and would be replaced at no charge. Unprofessional, careless, and a complete waste of time. Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I was calling from 2 hours away. Our car was struck by a plow and it destroyed a tire . I needed a full size spare to match the OEMs so I could drive it back home and fix the other issues. I tried online scheduling first but it told me the next available day was the following week. I then called the store directly and spoke to Edward. He understood my problem. Edward went above and beyond ensuring I had a slot for repair and the correct tire the next day. He even called me the next morning while we were heading up to let me know the tire arrived. He ordered two just incase. He got us in and out so we could get back on our 2 hour drive home as soon as possible. Jack Williams you have a great employee/ manager who understands customer service and he delivered. Thanks again Edward ! I have no reason to go anywhere else.
