If you guys coming out of state, if you called these guys to come and fix your truck or trailer make sure they can’t fix a air leak and they make your bill $950 please before call them. Make sure how much they charge u middle of the night.

Called JAG MOBILE SERVICE today. Within an hour he was there. assessed our problem (trailer brake was bound dragging tire) in less than 2 hours (he had to get the parts and do repair) we were out of there with new drum and brake shoes fair price and quick service can't ask for more than that. This is one of our busiest back haul area's glad I now know someone in the area I can depend on.

My cars alternator belt broke outside of Yakima on my way to Seattle. Luckily we were right next to the rest stop going up the hill. This was a Saturday around 330pm. I called my cars emergency number and was told all they could do is tow my car and get it serviced Monday morning. I googled a mobile mechanic and called the first/only one that popped up as a local mechanic for consumer vehicles. They said they would call me back with a quote in about 25 minutes for service and time. After about 45 minutes I call back and all I get is dead air. I call back again and they hang up on me. Granted it's a holiday weekend but it was 26 degrees outside at a reststop with a car I can't turn on. So I go back to Google and find JAG mobile. The site said service for semitrucks and commercial vehicles only. I had nothing to loose so I called. They picked, I explained the situation and and the other mobile mechanic hung up on me and left me waiting while it's freezing out. He said they would pick up the part and be there in an hour. They showed up, fixed my car, told and showed me what happened and what to ask my regular mechanic to look at. From start to finish it took an hour in below freezing temperatures to fix my alternator belt at a reststop in the dark. With travel time, parts cost, milage, and repair time it cost me under $400. Some would say that's a lot but the cost of staying two nights in Yakima, food for two days and still seeing mechanic monday morning the price was worth it. I would happily pay that again for the professional service I received and the promt service I got. If you are ever in the need for a mobile mechanic and have a emergency and are in the Yakima area do yourself a favor and call these guys. I honestly can say it was the best service I've had for the situation I was in.
