They blatantly skipped doing the road test during my service appointment. I’m not sure what they were inspected but the vehicle now drives worse than when it was first brought it. The brakes and rotors could use replacing and definitely the tires as well as they have low thread and are past 5 years old but absolutely nothing was recommended or even done. I’ve received far more detailed service from Jaguar in North Dade. This was an absolutely abysmal experience! They can’t even reach out to me to provide further details after multiple times of calling and not being able to reach anyone.

After having a not so pleasant experience with Jaguar North Dade, I decided to take my vehicle back to Jaguar Ft. Lauderdale (where I purchased my car). The experience and service was EXCELLENT! Although I was quite early for my appointment, they still accepted me and completed the service pretty quick and checked on me while I waited. I will ONLY be using this location for future service even though I do not live anywhere near Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you Jaguar Ft. Lauderdale another satisfied customer.

I was very happy with my recent repair experience here. This is my second visit, and the first was just after catastrophic flooding damaged lots of cars in this area. This time, I experienced a Check Engine alarm and called for an appointment. I got through to the service department quickly, and was given an appointment for the next day. My service advisor Amanda was super-helpful and nice, and sent me home in a free Uber. When the car was ready, another Uber was sent to bring me back to the Jaguar dealership. The repair was under warranty, but the check of my car's systems showed a problem with the steering, which I think I had noticed but ignored. A wheel alignment fixed the problem, and the cost was reasonable. I was able to pick the car up on Saturday, which was a plus.

What I found interesting, was while I was waiting for service to be completed, and looking for a new vehicle, no sales associate ever approached me. Excellent customer service. From the service bay where I handed off my keys, to Hila the best service advisor I have ever experienced (seriously, that’s not hyperbole), to the lady who handled my rental (even if she didn’t give me the keys to that burgundy Bentley ragtop), all the folks were top of the line professional. But I still hate the signage in the parking lot-it’s the only parking lot I’ve been in where I had trouble finding the exit-but very attractive landscaping. 🤣🤣🤣

I recently brought my Jaguar F-Pace in for the manufacturer’s annual maintenance, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The quality of the service was poor, I was overcharged compared to the expected cost, and no courtesy car was provided despite my prior understanding that one would be available. As a result, I was left without transportation and had to return to work prematurely, causing significant inconvenience. I would appreciate a prompt explanation regarding these issues and clarification on how the dealership intends to resolve them.

My service reps are awesome... the two points are for them. I paid more for this car and more for maintenance on this car than any of my cars. When my husband picked to the car from being in for service for over a week, he heard noises while driving out of the parking lot and had to take it back for service, I thought about trading it in for a newer model after having it for three years, but not with all of these issues and expenses.
