I have been bringing my car here for about a year now. The service is stellar! Robert and the staff there take very good care of my car. Drop off is convenient and the car is ready either before or by when promised. I find them very trustworthy and friendly. I will continue to bring my cars there for service.

Very honest it is so hard to find an honest mechanic, and he was very honest with me about my car as I know enough about mechanic work, but did not have the tools with me to take care of my car. This guy is looking to give top-notch mechanic service rather than lining his pocket and, making his customers pay for things that are unnecessary I most definitely will use them again as I don’t have the time or the money to pay anyone to mess up my vehicle and their honesty and integrity showed their customer service was absolutely top-notch also

This repair shop is a rip off- they broke a spark plug on my car and claimed it was already like that!! When I went to pick up the car made a terrible loud clanking sound from the piece of sparkplug rolling around in my cylinder- worst place ever- never did see Jamie

Jamie's Auto is a one of a kind auto shop! I had my car serviced at a very reputable big name auto shop, and was extremely disappointed with their customer service as well the work they performed on my vehicle. I had to bring my car back 3 times for one issue because they couldn't get it right. I recently had my car serviced at Jamie's shop and was extremely satisfied, so much so that I have been recommending them to any and everyone I talk to! It's a clean and friendly environment and they show genuine concern for your vehicle!

I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was showing an intermittent airbag light coming on. I personally put in a large number of hours trying to fix the issue myself. I then took it to 3- services shops and none could fix the issue. I have been dealing w/ this problem for almost a year. When I took it to the different shops; one being a Chrysler/Dodge dealer, I was getting different stories as to what was wrong. The third service shop I took it to who could not fix or diagnose the issue, stated that I should try Jamie's Auto Repair-South. I met w/ Jamie and told him my problem and everything I have been through. He said I'll take a shot at the issue and let me know. His initial diagnosis was a bad clock spring which I already had replaced by the first service shop I went to. When Jamie tried a new clock spring from a Dodge Dealer it did not fix the problem. At this point he did not give up!! He continued on the hunt for the problem and finally determined the issue was w/ the Airbag Control Module(ACM). The module had a short inside and was the cause of the intermittent problem. Jamie then took it upon himself to find me a used ACM and installed it and the problem seems to have gone away. Now I get no error codes or Airbag light. Jamie is confident that the problem is solved and I am too. Time will tell the story. So what can I say? Well, I was close to getting rid of the truck b/c of this problem; but Jamie showed skill, tenacity, and true customer concern for my satisfaction. So the moral of the story is the other shops did not want to deal with my problem, but Jamie did and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend his shop for repairs especially tough head-scratchers which no one else can do or want to do!! Great job Jamie and your crew!!!

From my first visit to Jamie's, just to ask questions about my BMW to today's visit I am so pleased with staff, the work, and the price. I have had nightmare experience with union park BMW and Otto's BMW, Jamies has ended the nightmare experience. They have been honest and they have proven to me that they are not out to over price me. They tell you the truth and they have your best interest at heart. Jamie and Rob are amazing! They are extremely competent, experienced, and honest. Instead of fixing an issue and taking my money, they explained that that was not the best option for me. Rob spent so much time describing what was going on with my car, and gave me invaluable advice. I called back multiple times as my situation evolved, a complicated situation with many moving parts – or not moving as was the case – and each time he was unbelievably patient and helpful. They went above and beyond by offering helpful recommendations about next steps. My brother and sister-in-law have been with them for years, and now I understand why. I cannot recommend them more highly.
