Carlos, is hardworking and professional. I’ve used his company for several jobs and I have been pleased by all of the work he’s performed. Windows are Immaculate when he’s finished. He is meticulous. He also paints well, assembled furniture, cleans commercial offices after move outs and so much more. He is honest and respectable. Carlos was referred to me by a friend. He couldn’t fit me in on Saturday. He made time on Sunday. He arrived on time to wash two of our cars. He worked diligently washing and waxing both cars. When he left both looked as they should, bright and shiny. That’s not easy as they are both black. I would highly recommend giving Carlos a call. I got Lucky and hit a Jackpot in finding Carlos of J & M while he was doing a job at my next door neighbors home! I've never been more pleased and feel fortunate to have found him. I have used his services 4 times now and will continue to do so for years to come! Carlos provides great service, the work exceeds all expectations and he is always throwing in extra's that other companies simply do not. This guy is "The Real Deal" who truly Cares about his customers and it shows from your initial contact thru completion of the work. Carlos is a great person who really cares, exceeds expectations and does over and above what any other company would do! The Kicker is that his Prices can't be beat! You Get what you Pay & then More! Quality, Price & Great Customer Service just can't get any better. He truly cares and takes great pride in his workmanship , especially with our Senior Citizen community which is beyond is exceptional ( he really does care, and gives back). Example: My senior neighbor needed 2 screens replaced but is 80 soon going to have surgery. Carlos replaced them same day at N/C ! I've had the following done for my home: Windows, Screens, Blinds and have more jobs pending to use him for upcoming projects. I will use him in the future for years to come! Carlos has been doing our home cleaning, power washing and window cleaning for several years. He is very trustworthy, detail oriented and thorough. He goes above and beyond what’s asked of him. Had a great experience with Carlos of J&M Window washing. He was highly referred to us by our pool technician and we so thankful for it. Carlos arrived to our appointment on time and ready (on a Sunday morning) to help us clean all our windows upstairs and downstairs. Not only did he do a great job thoroughly cleaning the windows he also cleaned the window sills and replaced the damaged screens. He even made a special trip to a near by Home Depot to pick up the supply to re-screen the damaged ones in the spot. He was completely organized, handy and friendly. He carried all the latest tools water purification hoses and cleaning products in the market to assure the windows looked and shined spotless. Believe it or not he also helped clean some of our outdoor window fixtures and garage windows at no extra charge. He can even restore other products around the outside of your home like BBQ grills, outdoor decks and ceramic pots. He will even help clean your car. Carlos has such great work ethics and takes pride in his work as if the items in your home are like his own. I myself am in the service industry and you really do not find this type of friendly and honest service anywhere. To conclude, if you are in need of a professional and honest company to help clean your windows at home or at your business, look no further than J&M Window washing. Trust me you will not regret it. I had Carlos clean my windows and he did a great job! Squeaky clean! Then I had Carlos install ceiling fans in two bedrooms. What a difference they make. He’s always dependable, positive and willing to help with anything he can. I have a high vase-shaped glass light fixture that he cleaned at my request. He even carried a heavy box upstairs for me!
