DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY AUTO REPAIRS THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY FIXED A PART ON YOUR VEHICLE, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE OLD PART WILL STILL BE IN/ATTACHED TO IT. WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM ABOUT IT THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY DID REPLACE AND PUT A NEW PART IN EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN’T, AND THE OTHER SHOP YOU TOOK IT TO TELLS AND SHOWS YOU THE OLD PART AND THE INVOICE. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL TRY AND ARGUE WITH YOU. A HIT DOG ALWAYS HOLLER THOUGH RIGHT! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! FIND A BETTER MORE RELIABLE AND HONEST PLACE, WHO WANTS TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU NOT HURT YOU. THIS HAPPENED TO ME AND MY SISTER! WHEN MY SISTER TOOK HERS HE WAS TELLING HER SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH HER CAR THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL PROBLEM AND CLAIMING HE FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT DIDNT. GO ELSEWHERE!

A terrible shop I've had to come back to numerous times for the same problem and each time i get charged more money, time & frustration. Don't waste your time with these guys real losers.

Called an ordered a $1500 part for a Ram truck from me, I ordered it for them from Mopar, "Nonreturnable", Called the next morning and told them that I had it, they said they would be right over and pick it up, never showed and now will not answer their phone.

Be aware people! Today, the Penders Ridge area of Decatur, a Jarquin Auto Repair tow truck driver went to my neighbors house and started to 'pickup' their car in ERROR. Their car is 100% paid for and they have their car title in hand. The driver said he was just doing his job and their car met the description make and model of what he was looking to tow. They called the police, but the tow truck diver was gone by the time the police arrived. The car's owners were shocked, but glad they were home and their car was not stolen by 'accident'. Our neighbor called to tow truck company, but reached a voicemail message. I am making this post as a neighborly heads-up on the foolishness these days!
