Highly recommend them. I had a caliper seize on my car 40 minutes away from home and they were able to come out within 2 hours and get me back on the road so I didn’t have to get it towed to a mechanic shop. Great communication, great customer service and affordable pricing!

I used this service in an emergency involving my car. They charged me $125 for a diagnostic, which did not provide any answers for the issue involving my vehicle. When I told the owner that the problem was not fixed, he offered to look at the car personally. I took the risk of moving my already fragile car to meet him at a nearby, pre-discussed location gas station. I live in a property that does not allow unauthorized vehicles. He refused to operate on my vehicle in the location we were at claiming he did not feel comfortable. Unfortunately by that point, my car had already been moved as far as it could go so I could not drive to a new location for him to work on it. He berated me on why I didn’t tell him to meet me at my house. He yelled over me as I tried to explain the situation and demanded that this was “his business” and that we would do it “his way”. At that point, it no longer was about switching locations. I was now uncomfortable with this grown man yelling at me. He slammed his car door in my face and pulled off in a haste. Please, before you choose to call this business for help, consider that Jay the owner cares more about money than results or humanity. Please be safe out there folks.

My truck wasn’t turned over and every Mechanic shop told me that I had to get it towed to them then I came across jay’s I call and he told me that he come to me and he fixed my truck for a great price 🤗 I would came out of pocket more if I took it to the shop for them keep my truck for a couple of days and he very professional and honest and does a great job I told him that he got my business in getting anything done to vehicles and I highly recommend him

Searched up mobile auto services to fix my dad’s truck and he contacted Jay who has never done any work for him or anyone we know and off of the first conversation, Jay had an extremely bad attitude and terrible customer service! Highly DO NOT recommend!

The starter went out on my 2018 Nissan Titan while I was at a gas station. I called several mobile mechanics and none of them picked up or called me back other than Jay's. They sent out a technician (Tim) the next day. He showed up on time and was extremely thorough with the diagnosis. He had me up and running within a few hours and he was very respectful. Worked with Jay on doing a pre-purchase inspection for me as I'm out of state. He communicated very well with me through the whole process, dealt with some frustrations at the dealership, and made sure to be very detailed and upfront about the whole experience. I highly recommend Jay’s mobile auto Services. I had a situation with my Nissan Titan, where it stalled on me and would not start. Had to have it towed to my house, and said to myself, I’m not gonna get this truck to a second time back to a shop, so I searched online for mobile auto service and came across Jay, And the rest of history. Schedule an appointment with him he showed up on time was very professional proceeded to diagnose the problem with his equipment. I thought the problem Bad fuel pump or fuel filter or bad gas, Come to find out it was a crank shaft position sensor. Had it not been for Jay’s Diagnostics machine I would’ve still been in the line and my truck would’ve still been in Stuck in the driveway! His diagnostics machine was accurate as to what the problem was he tested it twice cleared The fault Replaced the sensor, my truck crank right up with no problem.!!
