I went in for exterior wash and Ceramic coating, when I went In to pick up the truck I was left speechless. My truck looked like if it just came off the assembly line. Jose explained to me how to take care of the truck and what products to buy. Ontop of that they when to the extreme and did an interior detail. That was much appreciated. If you want great service I recommend JB mobile detailing in san carlos. Will bring my other cars in for service.

Paid a crazy amount of money for the Tier 4 “executive package” and now that I’m comparing all tiers and the services they include, it feels like all I got was the Tier 1 VIP wash. The owner was honest and treated me well, but the workers looked like they did not know what they were doing when I arrived to pick up the car. I will admit, the paint of the car looks and even feels a lot better and I really appreciate all the swirls being removed, but there’s clay bar residue in almost every crack and gap. For the amount of money I paid, I’m a little disappointed.

They did the most amazing job on my car, getting into all the tiny spaces that I see and are overlooked every time I go to the car wash. Even though it's been a month and my outside is kind of dirty (it's parked outside) the inside still looks great. I'm so glad I hired them to do the waxing and clay bar. Worth every penny.

My wife and I detailed our own cars last year, but due to an injury, hired JB Mobile Detailing. They are having their Halloween Special right now. We received a great deal, exceptional service, and an outstanding job well done! My wife and I are not in pain and aren’t arguing; a win-win situation! 1-stage paint correction on the Camaro and 2-stage on the Silverado. I can’t hardly find any scratches, they shine beautifully, the chrome is polished, rubber, windows, and plastics look great!!!

I wanted to spruce up my car before a long road trip, and JB certainly delivered. The staff were helpful and accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment due to weather, the detailer was very thorough and finished ahead of schedule, my car came out looking like new, and everyone involved was friendly and professional. Failures of JB mobile detailing for a first time customer 1. Appointment was at 11. They said they will be late and arrive at 11:30, then they are late again and say they will be there at 12:30. 2. I communicated two times to contact me 5 minutes before the detailer arrives because I have to open the gate. They did not do this and there were people stuck behind the van trying to get in. 3. The interior detail estimated time was two hours, but he finished in one hour and missed several spots whilst also leaving streaks and smudges from when he used my car roof as a shelf for his cleaning supplies. I couldn’t even properly explain this because the detailer barely spoke english. 4. After I upload pictures and explaining my situation to customer service extensively. I am offered a 20% discount on my next service and a phone call with the owner. No thanks.

JB Mobile Detailing definitely went above and beyond, and treated my car as if it were theirs. The progress photos throughout the process allowed me to see that the work was being performed accurately. I’m also extremely particular, more particular than almost anyone else I’ve spoken with, so saying they performed the work accurately is extremely high praise. Not to mention that this high level of workmanship is also relatively affordable compared to competing brands I looked at. When the car was about to be ready, I was informed they were backed up and needed to keep the car another two nights. As compensation, they offered to personally deliver the car to me, which I thought was incredible customer service, since I live 20 miles away from the shop. I declined the offer because I wanted to see all the incredible cars in their shop, so I needed to be there in-person. They did more than I ever asked of them; they cleaned the interior of the car even though I didn’t ask for it, and they provided me a Chevy Bolt EV as a loaner vehicle, which was also extremely clean inside and out. I’ll definitely be recommending this business to others. Attached are the photos I took of the car as soon as it left their shop; the full front PPF and ceramic coating both look great, and will keep the car protected for years to come.

What a difference! I am so happy I chose JB. The attention to detail is amazing, Christian is the best, I'm so grateful that he really took his time to make sure the result was wonderful. My 11 year old car Zoë was in desperate need of help! She recently started to show damage from the sun, large swathes of white streaks on the hood and roof, little white spots that wouldn't wash off, tons of spider scratches, various other long scratches, and her front headlights were super cloudy. I booked in for a Level 3 Paint Correction, XPEL Ceramic Fusion Plus Premium V-2, 8 year, and a headlight restoration. I was blown away, she looks like a new car!! Worth every single penny. My only regret is not bringing her in sooner. I will be back for more services.

Contacted JB MD to have my new car detailed. Car did need a minor paint correction. They did a stage 2 paint correction and a four year ceramic coat. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning and picked it up that same evening. They were very accommodating with scheduling a time for the detail. They were also sending real time updates on the detail process. When I picked up my car I was totally surprised. They totally corrected the paint and got rid of all swirls. Ceramic coat had the car shining like it was just painted. They also cleaned up the interior. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an affordable quality detail.
