I found Jc‘s mobile services on craigslist around 8 o’clock this morning I texted him about my vehicle and the issue and he responded back in a very timely manner made it out to my house within the next hour was able to diagnose my car and fix it all in less than five hours. He was very helpful showed me what was wrong with my car explain to me how he could fix it and possible ways to go around it he was very professional and his price was very reasonable. While on vacation in San Diego, experienced an issue with vehicle. We were in lower garage parking at resort. Triple AAA came twice and said it was starter but could not tow because of low ceiling. Called JC’s mobile service and J C rearranged his schedule as we had to leave early next morning. JC arrived and after diagnosing problem determined it was not starter, but a security wiring issue that prevented starter from working. Fixed it in record time and we were on our way. Highly recommend JC’s Mobile service. He even checked to see if we made it back safely with no issues to Az. Very professional and knowledgeable.

After a year of dying batteries, we took our Honda Civic to a local Honda dealer. They said battery and alternator were bad. Wanted $2000 for an alternator and battery! Crooks. Our local independent shop was overbooked and understaffed and couldn't even find an issue when we finally got an appointment. So I decided to replace the alternator ( battery was under warranty and replaced for free by CarQuest store) and I searched out a mobile mechanic to come to us. Fortunately, I picked JC's Mobile Services. Could not be happier with the quality of his services, his knowledge and his prices were pretty decent considering he's coming to my home (always more expensive than going to a shop). He came same day, brought the alternator (we both agreed on a brand that was superior although not the cheapest), did some diagnostics which clearly showed the voltage regulator (built into the alternator -- no thanks to Honda design) was bad and performed the repair. Within a couple hours, the job was done (along with the serpentine belt he recommended replacing after 100K miles) for a lot less than half the cost of the dealer! 3 weeks later, our Civic is starting normally and strong and no more issues with dead battery! Thank you JC!

My husband has a 1972 Cadillac Eldorado, and it needed some work. Jc was prompt, kind and very vocal with with my husband on what came with the services and what to expect moving forward. He replaced the starter, intake manifold, radiator, coolant reservoir and rebuilt the carburetor, and also did some tidying up on smaller things on the engine like loose hoses and wires at a more than affordable cost. Jc is extremely professional and shows up when he says, and does great work and sees it thru. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a GREAT mobile mechanic. The work speaks for itself!

We used this guy's services last November and JC was the most unprofessional and rudest mechanic I ever dealt with. First, his diagnostic test was trying to tell me I needed additional parts fixed when I knew exactly what I needed fixed. But he insisted I needed more work done and quoted me around $1,000. I told him I only wanted a hose replaced on our Chrysler 300. He also wanted to get his own part to do this job when with other mechanics I had was given the option to puchase the part myself. He did this I'm sure to add additional charges to the total amount for the job. I seen other reviews criticizing his conduct and I agree with this mechanic being condescending and acting as if he knows more than the customer in order to manipulate and take advantage of someone in need of assistance with their vehicle. It's been about 4 months and the car works fine without the additional work he said I needed. He charged too much for service he took 5 minutes to do and argued that he charged for the time he went to go get the part that I didnt ask him to get and brought the part without a box or even explaing where he got the part or what brand it was. I can say more but I will keep this short. If you want good service, a mechanic who is honest, treats customers with respect and won't try every trick in the book to rip you off, don't use this guy.
