Took my dad's F150 to Jeff for an exhaust manifold replacement. He said that it would take him 3 days on the 3rd day we went to go check it out and see how it was coming along. It was still parked in the exact same spot that we had parked it when we dropped it off 3 days prior when it was completed, we found out that. Not only did he leave a bold out for the dipstick for his oil, but he also busted bolta for a heat shield underneath oven your needs of it, he said to bring it back to him out on Sunday he didn't bother to touch we had. To take it back again. At the end of the day it took him a week and a 1/2 basically to do a job. He quoted 3 days on with multiple times of driving back-and-forth across town because of his lack of knowledge on putting things back together correctly. He did do the manifold work correctly. I will give him that, but he was caught in multiple lies. That he told me VS what he told my dad. He does not have very well managed time frames. I. Advise to be careful using Jeff's auto. And do not expect work to be done promptly

He replaced my AC compressor and also my Cv axle because it was no good. Total $750. After going to another repair shop we were still having issues with our truck. We call called Jeff on a Saturday he got us in first thing following Monday. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He fixed the issue and noticed brakes were really bad call to inform us and gave us a good deal if we wanted them changed. We would recommend and will use him in the future. Highly recommend!!! I was moving across the country last Friday, NJ to MT…my truck broke down on the interstate leaking coolant bad. Found Jeffs auto repair llc online took a chance called him since I was in the middle of a state I know nothing about and needed help immediately. Jeff was super nice and willing to help. I had my truck towed to him he found out the issue right away, he got on the phone with the parts store they were delivered and we were back on the road in a few hours!! I couldn’t be more thankful for finding him and him being just an honest guy. We made it to Montana right on track, truck did awesome on the long drive!! Jeff did what the dealership couldn’t. I’ve had serious shaking in my steering wheel for the longest time. Took my car into the Nissan dealership thinking it’d be my best bet, they slapped some new tire rods on and called it a day. The dealership didn’t actually fix the shaking. Took my car to Jeff’s shop, he diagnosed it in less than 10 minutes. Turned out to be bad control arms on the front end. Was seriously such a relief leaving the shop with a non shaking wheel and feeling safe in my car once again. The price felt very fair compared to what others would’ve charged

I rarely leave reviews, but Jeff absolutely deserves the recognition. He recently replaced the rack and pinion along with the steering pump on my Bentley — not an easy job by any means. These parts are incredibly difficult to access, and this isn’t the kind of work you’d trust to just anyone. Jeff may not be Bentley-certified, but I trusted him with the job — and he delivered. His attention to detail, mechanical skill, and work ethic impressed me. He treated the vehicle with care and got the job done right.
