Let me tell you about Jeff and his wife. These are the most caring people I’ve ever met in the automotive industry. Get this. I live in the middle of Guyton, literally nothing around. It’s 5 pm on a Friday night. I’m stranded with a seized caliper barely making it from O’Reilly auto parts. I call their service not even 45 minutes later Jeff is here. He starts taking everything apart doing what he does. Turns out I bought all the wrong parts. Again I have no way to uber, drive, or catch a ride with a neighbor. These people DRIVE me to the store, which is **25** minutes there and back. We get the correct parts. Drive all the way back to my house. He continues to work on my vehicle, proceeds to bleed the brakes, and then at the end of it says “okay man go ahead and test it before I leave.” Most people would’ve have just taken the money and left. Or said “hey I’ll come back tomorrow when you have the right parts” Not Jeff. I legitimately am so surprised at how amazing of a person he is. On top of it all he’s an awesome guy to talk to and even showed me how he did everything in the process. I would seriously consider this man to work on your car. Not even in an emergency. I’d take my car TO him to get it worked on. Legit 10 out of 10. Great all around. Thanks Jeff. We will be in touch!

We were stranded at a hotel 7 hours from home on a Sunday. I called Jeff mobile mechanic and he was here in 45 minutes to replace my water pump. Exceptional service, everything done on-site at the hotel, just a great experience!

we thought they were going to be very helpful because the woman who answered was very friends and seemed genuine but that doesn’t actually seem to be the case. after the call she said he would call us to set up a time the next day when we would have time. i texted the number multiple times and they have not set up any times.

Called to see if i could get someone to come service my car, & in the middle of me trying to explain my issue, he cuts me off and says that i need to hurry up or hes not going to be able to provide service. The audacity of this guy. Someone should train you in manners and hospitality. I would never recommend anyone call, much less use this guy.

Alternator went out on me while driving at 70 mph. Car went totally dead on the hwy late Sunday evening. Jeff came to the rescue and got me on my way. I was still 4 hrs from my destination when the car died. I'm thankful for Jeff and his service. If he wasn't available and mobile, I'd have to sleep in my car in the cold, waiting for a mechanic to open on Monday morning. Blessings to you Jeff! Thank you!

My drive belt popped Friday and hermonic balancer came off so I called for it to get fixed and was told he will be there as soon as he's finished fixing a car which I called around (11:30 am). Hours went by I was still stranded with my two year old so, so I got a ride home that night and texted him again the next morning and about fixing car, he responded back yes and that it would be 11:30 when he can to it. Well I made it back to Savannah from Hinesville to get back to my car, I had an hour wait before 11:30, well he didn't show up to about 12. He only worked on my car for about thirty minutes before he said he had to leave to get his other machine to get the bolt off, he left and did not come back until about an hour later after texting him. He came back tried to get the bolt off for about ten minutes before saying he can't do the job and that it would be $60 ( the amount he was going to charge to do just the belt). I ended up paying him but I shouldn't had because he didn't not fix my car, but yet you charge. I would never use his service again I would rather go to an actual shop, where you don't pay until they fix the problem.

Water Pump went out on Sunday morning, 650 miles from home. No shops open for repairs on Sunday. Jeff came to me. I purchased the materials from Auto Parts Store. He replaced the pump and I got back on the road. He was a lifesaver. He was very thorough and I appreciate him greatly! Thanks Jeff! Don't hesitate to call him!

Picture this, you take your entire family for a road trip, from Canada to Florida, when getting to savannah on Friday dec 22nd at 4:30 pm and in the middle of the highway your radiator explodes. You have no clue what to do and call this guy… who worked all night long to fix the problem and get things done…. I own him and her lady a big thanks for the help! Besides the day after they followed up on me to know if the car was doing ok…. This is real example of good service and love what you do! Thanks again from the syrup maple country!

Terrible experience Charged 75 dollars to come and look at it. Told us we needed a main fuse which we had to order from toyota that arrived the next day and an alternator and battery. Got all the stuff he meant us back there told us 375 to fix the car after he did the alternator and battery and main fuse car still wouldn't start. He stated he had more clients and could come back and wanted the 375 so almost 1000 with parts and still sitting on I 95 im a wounded veteran with 2 small kids and we live in florida. He should be ashamed.

Called Jeff on a Sunday when we were stranded just of 95. He was there in 15 minutes, and had us back on the road in less than an hour after replacing all the spark plugs. Super nice guy. Would highly recommend his service. And he was very reasonably priced.

While driving our steering wheel locked when turning to the right, corrected shortly thereafter but wanted to get it checked out before driving back to Atlanta. Called Jeff’s mobile mechanic at 10am and they were at the truck by 12 with a diagnosis and fix to make it safe to drive home. The mechanic (sadly I didn’t catch his name) was so knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend to friends.

Absolutely wonderful. Thought my starter died on me and I couldn't take it to a shop. It was after hours too and Jeff came right over and found it was my alternator. Took an uber to a shop the next morning and they sold me the wrong alternator. Jeff was just upset that they sold me the wrong one and he drove me back up there to return it and we hoped shops to find me one today, since I had work in the morning. Wonderful and kind man, and will do whatever you need to get you back on the road. Will definitely be using his service in the future and sharing it with friends who have car trouble. Jeff is a life saver.

Jeff came and helped me at Tanger Outlets and my car over heated. The thermostat went out and we drove to AutoZone since my car couldn't be driven. He replaced the thermostat and he found the reason the thermostat broke. He got my car good enough to drive back home and we met back up the next day and he fixed the main problem. Jeff is awesome and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Truly a life saver!

Jeff changed my alternator for me. Had to wait a bit, but that was okay due to the weather, it was raining badly. He came when I desperately needed my alternator to be changed, especially since the next day is Easter & no mechanic would be available. He was nice & knowledgeable. Fair for the price. Jeff came out and helped us when we were passing through and the Walmart manager kicked us out of the Auto Repair center. We were on route back home to Florida and at 10pm he switched out the tire with a lug nut firmly stuck on so we could get back home safely. Honestly a good man and knows what he is doing. I had him come out and it was almost a joke. I had a car that had a bad fuel relay and dying fuel pump so the car was running rough. I had an idea of what it was and tried explaining to him multiple times that it was a fuel delivery issue but he insisted it was the mass airflow sensor or throttle control. Which I knew it was not the problem but he continued to clean them off and tried to tell me that it was running smoother. But when I was letting the car sit it stalled on us. About the same time he got a call from his dispatcher and he was more focused on leaving to help another customer then trying to truly diagnose the issue. He didn't check the fuel pressure or even considered the relay. Before he left he wanted me to replace some parts and call him again to test the car. I'm knowledgeable when it comes to motors but if I pay for someone to come out and fix it at the very least diagnose the problem then I expect you to finish the job. He was friendly and reassuring however he would cut me off before I got the chance to fully explain anything. I ended up having to replace both pump and relay and the car has been fine since. Long story short, I paid someone to come out and look at the car and instead of listening fully to the problem and then focusing on the job he was at, he wanted the customer to replace the wrong parts themselves so he could get to another customer. Had to pay 160$ for him to spray the sensors of with electronic cleaner just for the car to continue to run rough and stall. Would not recommend
