Took my 2009 Honda Accord in for squeaky brakes and requested they change the front calipers. Was charged for the two calipers and service, which was payed. My brakes were still loud (even after being broken in) and the driver side caliper fell off while driving as the caliper pin was not reinstalled correctly and it destroyed my inner wheel barrel. My rotor also was warped and damaged. I’m not sure if they provided new calipers at all, maybe they only changed the brake pads but I’m not sure. When I returned to complain and ask for a refund the shop was closed for vacation and I never returned. Later was pulled over for a tail light that was out, which I was also charged for, no electrical issues simply needed a new bulb.★☆☆☆☆ 5 months ago
