I called this company to inquire about a part they sell for my vehicle and the receptionist/customer service rep named Melissa that answered was rude. I asked to speak with tech support but Melissa still insisted on trying to help me not knowing the answers! Lol. She eventually transferred me to Corbin. Corbin doesn't know the companies products. He thought the question I had in regards to a fitment issue I saw in a review was funny. As if it wasn't true. I verified that Corbin didn't indeed know what he was talking about and that the review I read was right! Lol. Get your customer service skills up to par and also learn/study about the parts you sell so that you can give customers the correct information. I don't recommend doing business with this company as many reviews have already been expressed.

Jet performance builds the best quadrajet carbs in the country hands down. This is the 3rd 1 i have installed (1 personal and 2 for friends) and like always they perform awesome right outa the box. There customer service is 2nd to none and the people i dealt with were like i've known them forever!! I will be buying more of these and recommend these to anyone wants an awesome no hassle carb!!! I put this last 1 on my friends daughters 81 3/4ton chevy pickup with a 350 and here in feb of 2021 here in nebraska its been crazy cold and this ole truck fired right up!!! The Module works amazing. 2005 4cy,Camry, is keeping up with 6 cylinders, and passing them. I highly recommend this upgrade. I could have never installed it without Corbin's exceptional support. Going to see if this part works for my car, BUT in the meantime, this company has some pretty rude RECEPTIONSTS. My HUSBAND bought some performance part for his new 2019 Challenger. The box came with a bunch of parts and no instructions at all. My husband called them to try and see what he needed to do exactly to install the part. He received directions over the phone that seemed easy enough. So we went downstairs to try and install the part. Unfortunately, because this car is fairly new, it was difficult finding the battery. So, we called back to see if they had any idea where Dodge decided to store their challenger's battery. If you glance at the "battery" under the hood you will notice a positive cable and no negative. I guess I should have figured they wouldn't be too helpful with locating a challenger's battery, but I gave it a try anyways. Before he proceeded to give me wrong information he stated, "I'm not trying to be mean or rude", which is always a clear indication that the person is actually being rude and mean. I explained to him that I see a "battery" under the front hood with no negative cable visible. He stated, "All batteries have 2 cables coming into it". I asked might the battery be located in the back because this "battery" only has a positive cable. He stated, "Maybe you should take the car to a mechanic" and added a slick insult, "As I was telling your son", like nice try I don't sound old. Well, RECEPTIONIST, turns out THE BATTERY IS LOCATED IN THE TRUNK IN THE BACK of the car!! Bottom line people, if you want to buy a product that SHOULD come with instructions BUT DIDN'T, followed by poor customer service when asked to explain THEIR PRODUCT, try JET. :) They tried to delete this review too.

Highly recommend JET performance for your carburetor needs. I purchased a quadrajet from them for my project truck. Due to my elevation in CO and my specific engine build the carburetor didn’t run right. Customer service with JET was awesome! I spoke with Johnny and he said send him the carb along with my engine build info and he will get it looked at. He was able to get the carburetor adjusted quickly and shipped back to me. The engine now runs just as it should. Pulls hard and runs smooth through the entire RPM range. Customer service here is second to none and I will continue to be a customer and recommend JET performance to others!

Purchased a JET Powr Flo throttle body part# 76100 and had issues with it throwing a code p1516 intermittently. I contacted technical support (Corbin) and let me just say you all are amazing!!!!!! It has been years since I received the tremendous customer support I received from JET. Not only did they walk me through the concern, but they also stopped and stated, yep we are aware, and we will send you a new unit! WHAT?????? I've never had that happen where a company states they are aware and did not try throwing it back on the installer. Again, thank you JET for making the experience of purchasing, technical support, and warranty an easy process. Maybe just maybe other companies can follow suit and treat customers as JET did for me today!

Selling cheap parts store parts relabeled as "performance" and charging x5. All there thermostats show what looks to be a stant superstat which clearly says u.s.a in every listing then you get a jet package with a $5 economy motorad stat made in Israel. Sure motorad bought stant and everyone else and its hard to find anything else but when your listings clearly have u.s.a on the stat its stupid deceiving and quite honestly false advertising not to mention the gouging for literally the cheapest tstat on the market that have been nothing but problems for myself and many others. I bought from jet years back and didnt have these issues but i guess there standards have changed. I am in talks with summit about this issue now as they were surprised as well and it gives them a bad look and are having to refund orders . I was hopping it was a mix up and someone swapped a motorad and returned or something but jet confirmed that motorad handles there tstats. After reading reviews i see they do this with other sensors and parts so you are better off going to oriellys and paying a fith the price for the same part. Bummer i liked jet

Terrible carburetor rebuilds. Sent them all the mods for my Pontiac and my carb, they sent it back “rebuilt” for optimal performance. I’ve tuned and tuned on this car and it runs like crap. Pukes gas out no matter where the float is set. Ready to go Edelbrock. Same on my 83 with computer control. Of course after they rebuilt it they called and said I needed a new chip for another $375.00! Car ran like crap and when I called them, they had no answers. Ripped that one off and have gone Edelbrock. Bad company, horrible support and overpriced. Don’t waste your money! Note: and apparently they can’t read either because I clearly stated that I called them and they had no answer to the problem. No offer for a refund or replacement just a “I don’t know what to tell you.” I stand by the review.

I ordered a throttle body through American muscle for my Ford mustang. It happened to be defective so after calling Jet performance,they quickly handled the problem by shipping me a replacement that I received in 2 days! I dealt with Corbin and he was very helpful in getting the problem resolved. This throttle body made a big performance difference on my mustang GT.
