Quick wash at convenient locations around town! I do not recommend going more than 2x a week because it has ruined the gloss on the hood of my vehicle.

My car sustained significant damage a couple of weeks ago at the location near 14th and Pine Lake. When it occurred, the manager on duty stated it was due to a ramp piece that had been missing from the wash and that my car was not the first one damaged. He said he could have told me that would have happened and my car should have never even been allowed to enter the wash. He also mentioned he brought this issue to his supervisor's attention multiple times with concerns that they should close the wash until it was repaired, but he said nothing was done. This is beyond frustrating to me. After the damage occurred, instead of simply paying me so I can fix my car and then Jetsplash seeking reimbursement from its insurance company, I was told I would need to wait for the insurance company to contact me and that it is in their hands and no longer Jet Splash's problem. This was told to me by Anthony at this car wash location. When I pressed him further, his excuse was that he hasn't worked there very long and he's just following the rules. He also refused my request to speak with the owner or his supervisor. I'm still waiting to hear back from this insurance company regarding how I will be paid out so I can have my car repaired from an incident that occurred two weeks ago. I've had an annual pass for a long time, but seeing how this situation is being handled, I don't know why I would want to renew it next year. Jet Splash knowingly operated a car wash with a missing piece that was damaging vehicles, and is showing a complete lack of care for the subsequent damage that occurred.

These guys did a very thorough job on my car. The pre-wash guys spent a lot of time getting the bugs off and at the end they asked me if I wanted to get my window wells and door Wells cleaned and wipe down. Excellent job!

The best car wash in town. It’s affordable and worth it. They have many locations in the city. No matter what side of town you’re on you can always find a Jet Splash near by. They’re currently building one on 40th and South street. It’s a somewhat a central location. It’s a perfect location for me, hope they build a few in Omaha too!

I have been a member for 3 years. If you have a truck plan on not getting it as clean as a car. They never spray off the hood! When finished I never have them do my door jams but once a week. Monday through Thursday they cannot seem to wipe off the whole entire vehicle before the next car comes and you will have water spots on your side mirrors and if you have a rear sliding glass window it will never be 100% dry as in water spots are left on the middle window. But when I do have them do the door jams they only do what they see as in they never do the bottom step as you get into the back seat If you have a quad cab. So it's useless to have them wipe out the door jams when they don't even do 100% of their job. I have called numerous times to get this solved! But nothing ever happens? They need to have a store meeting with every employee even if it's their day off they need to coordinate together on how to properly wash a vehicle. I'm thinking about taking my business somewhere else and I'll just wipe off my vehicle myself. Seems like if you want something done correctly you have to do it yourself.

As far as car washes go this one is definitely a good one to hit. We were in and out fast, it's nice that they have the guys at the end of the cycle to wipe your car down. And the free vacuums are also a good finishing touch.

Very impressive!!!’ Drove in last evening from California covered with bugs. Near my sisters and we stopped for lunch in the plaza next door. Rates were excellent, service was outstanding!!! I was impressed that Two young men pressure sprayed the front of my SUV, one from each side getting the bugs off the grill, windshield and side mirrors. Drove through the power jet wash and upon exiting four young men were there wiping the excess water off and even wiped the door jams. I couldn’t help but tip them. I was very pleased! Outstanding service!!!!

Went through the wash recently, and my car came out looking like this. Tried to contact a manager and they didn't answer for weeks, and when they did they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Would not recommend getting your car washed here.

The vehicle behind me wouldn’t allow room for wash spray team to prewash the back end. Then, half the vacuum stations are blocked off and the one I was at had no suction so I moved to another and had no suction so moved to third vacuum and it worked on drivers side but no suction on passenger side. Also, neither air hose had air it was a hissing sound. Time to check equipment or put blocks at stall showing all these vacuums are not working.

Everything you want and more. I’m pay for a monthly pass - unlimited car washes for $25/month + plenty of powerful vacuum stations available at no additional cost. I’ve even taken my mats to those spraying off your vehicle as you enter and they power washed them clean. A clean vehicle puts a positive pep in one’s step - absolutely worth every Penny. Look how great my 2008 Lexus looks after a visit to JetSplash - Yowza.

Tire shine added to my wash and this is how my tires looked afterwards. No upgrade is necessary when going through this wash as they are the same as the basic wash. So save your money and shine your tires yourself! All 4 tires looked like these 2. Air hoses are nice. The towel dryers do an okay job. I do my own door jams now because I have to go back to touch up their work anyways.
