This place has seriously gone down hill the employee's are rude and you pay for the top service just to end up with your vehicle not much better than what you started with. I could have done a better job blindfolded and saved myself some money and the rudeness. Lesson learned

Jiffy Car Wash has been my go to car wash business for years. However, over the past year, this business has really gone down Hill. Their costs have continually increased and the Management has run a minimum staff. There Full Service car wash now costs ~$30 and you really don't get a full service unless you pay more dollars....to even get you tires treated. I gave this business a 2 Star rating!

BIG shout out to @kenny.maurer.5 of @redrailespresso for the @jiffycarwashinc hook up!! My truck was a mess after a day in the mountains. Unfortunately @mistercarwashhq turned me away because they won't accept cash, and they aren't washing interiors anyway... Jiffy did a wonderful job. My truck is back to good as new INSIDE and out. Thanks again Kenny & the great people at Jiffy.

Most often they carwash is adequate. However, today the premium service that is premium price failed!! The windows, the dash, and vacuuming was not done at all. My grand-daughter and I had to finish the terrible service. Sure has changed

8/19/21 Before I went here, my key was in great condition, when I got done, it was broke, as you see in the pictures. I will NEVER go to this place again, the guys were disrespectful, the 2 ladies inside did not care that they broke my key and were disrespectful to me, they need to pay for my new key!

I don’t know the guy and gal that were working or if they are owners, but they were RUDE. We wanted to know the prices of the washes and they told us to get out of our vehicle and look. Then, we’re yelling at us to turn our wheels, which we did the way he told us to, then said, “Other right”. Will NOT go back. Totally rude and disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pay this business 30 bucks and for what... it was a good reminder why we stopped coming here a few years ago... Maybe don't charge for interior cleanings if you are gunna do a terrible mediocre job, very disappointed that we spent our hard earned money with a business that thinks its appropriate to hand your vehicle back having done this kind of job but they certainly took our money gladly... tired of places like this treating us this way... not the first won't be the last sadly the outside was poorly done bugs and spots everywhere so thanks jiffy

I have used this car wash for at least 25 years and have really enjoyed and appreciated the business. The last 3 times I have been in the interior service has declined significantly. Floors not cleaned, windows on the interior were not touched except the windshield , which was more streaked than when I came in. I had to stop to wipe it on the way home because of the glare. This is disappointing since I like supporting small community based businesses. The management needs to take a course in customer relations. Since the last owner left it has gone downhill. I will be looking for a new establishment after the non caring attitude of the manager.

I got a full service care wash today. This includes the interior. I drive a Tesla, not that it should matter. I'm outside watching two girls inside my car fumbling around with the Tesla's touch screen, instead of cleaning. The older one gets out and explains, "who would waste their money on this?". I raised my hand and said, "I would!". They get out of my car and I hand the younger one the receipt, which states I spent $25.00 for full service. What I received was an unclean interior (arm rests, dash, center console, the entire backseat area) and an insult. I will never again waste my money at Jiffy Car Wash, and I have gone to jiffy for years.

They are extremely friendly at Jiffy Car Wash. From the little son who looked no older then 3 running around inside and handed me a receipt with the biggest smile then gave me a high five. To the lady who rang me up at the cash register. Who happened to be the mother of the first employee I met who vacuumed the inside of my car (daughter). To the girl that hand dried the vehicle. This was my first time in a long time but I think I found my new go too. Not only was it a great experience based off of the staff but the quality of the wash was very detailed for the style of wash I asked for. Keep up the great work!!!

I’ve never been to a place with angrier and unprofessional employees. Yelling at customers for not getting in the correct lane or getting out of their car fast enough is wild. Yelling at people that time is money does not make people jump and move faster for you. Atrocious behavior from a bad business.

My family goes to Jiffy and they are the best and most amazing place ever! Not only do they do an amazing and thorough job on your car but they are so nice and positive as well and have a heart for their people! You are not just a customer. Brittney who does the front desk but also gets the cars as they are coming out from being washed is absolutely awesome! Talk about a very hard worker! Brittney is constantly going from inside ringing people up to running back outside to get the cars as they come out and has a smile on her face and still has time to talk to you as well! Brittney made the experience even better and didn't make it just about having the car washed today! Jiffy is the only place to go!

If you have not been to jiffy car Wash yet you are missing out on a really good service. I went today because I really needed a good dusting inside of my car. They not only wiped everything down nicely they cleaned the inside windows they vacuum the car out. They got the bugs off the front of my car that have been there forever because most car washes for whatever reason don't seem to get them all. I am going to be a lifetime member to jiffy car wash. And it wasn't expensive that's another thing. Oh and they emptied out my trash in my car that deserves five stars by itself. Thank you thank you thank you I will be back I am very impressed.

Yesterday was my first time trying Jiffy Car Wash. My 13 year old SUV was a mess inside and out. They folded my back seats up and cleaned even in the third row which never sees daylight. When they finished my car looked brand new on the inside. I was surprised and very grateful. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Jiffy Car Wash. Paid $36 for the Supreme Car Wash, which supposedly includes interior vacuuming and wiping down the seats. I specifically asked for the seats to be wiped down, as well as the cup holders, door panels, and dash, which are included with the Superior Car Wash. None of this was done. When I raised the issue with the owner, there was no apology or attempt to make it right. The owner was extremely inconsiderate. One-star rating for a complete lack of service and customer care. I would not recommend anybody to go here because you will waste your money and you can do a better job at a coin car wash yourself. Save your time and money elsewhere. Please just look at the photos and tell me if you would spend $36 on receiving this outcome. Just happened today at 4:30pm 4/23/24

This place used to be so good. The last 2 times I’ve been there the inside was not cleaned well at all for the most expensive service. I have been coming here for 25 years and I like to support small local businesses. I will not be coming back. My air vent was broken today, my vent clip phone holder was dangling in the vent. When I called to let them know about the damage and that the last few times I’d been hadn’t been great I was offered a free car wash. I also mentioned that the last time I’d been there that multiple employees had been yelling and literally cussing out a customer. The lady I spoke to defended that saying you would be mad too if someone accused you of stealing. I told her listening to f bombs wasn’t a great customer experience. Now a gentleman called from there and said the employee stated my phone holder was already in the cup holder but he was refunding my money. I said absolutely not true about the phone holder. He was so rude about it. He also said since he was refunding me that I wasn’t getting a free car wash. A very unpleasant guy and terrible customer service. I will not be going here ever again.

The people were very nice and clean inside BUT I think they could've done a better job cleaning my car. Don't get me wrong it was clean but they didn't do the floor mats which were really bad. That wouldn't made the biggest difference in the world. There was actually aspot on the carpet that the guy said he couldn't get it up, well when i got home i had to clean the fit boards and i word the spot and low and behold it came right off, he didn't even try. Now I'm home having to go do it myself after just paying to have the car cleaned and I have to vacuum again because It could've been better. Oh and I was the only car there, that's the crazy part! I dont like giving bad reviews but dang come on guys!! There will be a NO RETURN for me!!!!!
