I walked into this location for an oil change on a Sunday morning at 9:57 AM before a 10:00 AM opening. I could tell that the waiting area was not yet fully open for business but the door was unlocked and it was cold outside so I walked in and sat down. A minute later an individual who later identified themselves to me as the store manager came in and berated me for entering the waiting area before store opening. I apologized and explained that I did so because the door was open and it was literally 3 minutes before opening and cold outside. I do understand the point made by the store manager but this could have been addressed in a much more professional and customer-friendly manner. I took my business elsewhere and do not intend to return to this location.

I’m not sure if this specific location in North Druid Hills can track the employee who rang me up but he was great. It was on Briarcliff Rd. Had my Subaru worked on for brakes on 11/25. A happy dude and very friendly. Found some coupons to help me out and bring my total down a little bit. I’ve usually found that auto service center employees have a void look in their eyes and don’t really care so it was nice to see a guy who seemed friendly and didn’t mind his job. Got brakes and rotors put on so my car finally doesn’t squeal and it works great now. So whoever you are my man, keep it up because the customer service and friendliness doesn’t go unnoticed. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because it took about 4 hours. But I live walking distance and just went home while it was being worked on. I think that store needs a few more employees because when I called to check on it, there was no answer for 3 tries. I understand yall are busy but I think more staff would improve the customer experience.
