Staff was nice. But it seem like everybody was in training. You had one guy telling everybody what to do. When I arrived I was greeted immediately, there was only one car there. The person putting the oil in my car almost put the wrong oil in. What should have been a 10-15 minute oil change turned into over 30 minutes. I had to get out of the car to go inside to pay, instead of being able to pay in the car, I had to wait for them to give me the next oil change sticker, which could have been done while paying, but the gentleman telling everybody what to do had to tell them to do that as well. “ the car is not complete until they get the sticker.” As I said the staff was nice but don’t think I will return to this location.

I got my oil changed by Eric & B. Great guys! They also noticed my coolant was low, which I expected, so they changed that out & showed me how dirty my filters were, so we changed those cabin & main filter too. I went on a Thursday & there was only one other car in the bay, of which they have 3 or 4 bays, so I got right in & they worked on me immediately & I got out quick! Great service! Will be returning my car there for future service! Will recommend to friends!

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service was absolutely amazing. Alice, who I believe is the manager, was incredibly professional and friendly. She made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. Eric, who handled my tire rotation, did an awesome job and was just as professional and courteous. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location for anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

I went in for an oil change earlier today knowing that included other services such as topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, and checking air filters. I got my oil changed and they also changed the air filter under the hood. It seemed fine, but then they sent me away without showing me the dipstick or checking my cabin filter (also included). This was a little weird to me because I have always been shown the dipstick after a change, so I went home to check it myself. The oil looks fine, but I also checked the other things listed as “Checked ok” on my receipt and most of them were not ok or not even checked. For example, my coolant is below the acceptable limit, my wiper fluid is empty, and they didn’t check my tire pressure or cabin air filter. I am a 22 year old woman and I specifically go to chain places like this so they don’t jack the price up, but still getting taken advantage of by not doing services that I am paying for because you think I don’t know any better is very disappointing and dehumanizing. I’m sure they were just trying to move the line faster but the older male driving a truck in the lane next to me had all of these services done. The upper bay worker on my receipt is Eric P. I hope someone talks to him about this so he doesn’t take advantage of anyone that might not think to check these things themselves. Anyways, I do not recommend this location.

Mist admit, I was wrong!!! There's a jiffy lube on the corner of briarcliff and La Vista, near a place that I frequent. I always thought it was a low budget place. One day I noticed I was overdue for an oil change. The jiffy lube advertised No appointment necessary. Out of necessity I decide to give them a try. It was everything I had not expected. It was better than going to any dealership. The workers there were extremely professional, kind and friendly. They moved as though a well oiled machine would move. No pun intended. They were calling out commands to each other. Everyone knew what each other was doing. It was extremely professional. I was in and out and just a few minutes. I felt better about this oil changed than any oil change I ever had before. They will definitely be my place from now on. I highly recommend stopping by and experience what I did.

I came in today for an oil top-off on my BMW 550i and had a great experience. I initially thought I had been to this Jiffy Lube before with this car, but it turned out it was actually my other vehicle — and they were still incredibly accommodating and helpful. They also checked my tires and topped off my windshield fluid without me even asking. The service was quick, super affordable, and efficient. I came in for a routine oil change with a multi-point inspection before heading to Miami for the weekend. I was already aware that my car had a small tear in the engine splash shield (underbody cover) that had been there for a long time. It had never affected my driving, and while it was mentioned when I arrived, I was never told it needed to be fully removed or that it posed an immediate issue. The oil change itself was easy and straightforward, and I used a Groupon with no problems. After leaving, I drove less than 0.01 miles to a new car wash next door. As soon as I exited, I heard loud metal scraping from underneath my car. I immediately pulled over and noticed that a metal heat shield was hanging down and dragging, and that the engine splash shield that had previously been on my car was now completely gone, without my knowledge. I returned to Jiffy Lube right away. When I explained that something was hanging, I was instructed to pull forward into the service area so it could be inspected. Because the heat shield had not been properly secured after the oil change, pulling forward caused the already-loose metal to crinkle and bend further underneath my car. At that point, they had to straighten the heat shield and then securely fasten it to my vehicle, which should have been done before the car ever left the bay. What was frustrating is that properly securing underbody components should be a top priority, especially considering that most customers don’t know much about cars and rely on technicians to catch and prevent issues like this. It was unsettling to have to immediately turn around and come back to say something clearly wasn’t right. Initially, the representative I worked with made it seem like the issue was unrelated, and I was told that nothing had been removed. However, the underside of my car was left completely exposed, which it was not before service. I do want to acknowledge that the female manager on duty was kind, professional, and apologetic, which I appreciated. Overall, the oil change itself was fine, but the experience was stressful and avoidable. Better communication, transparency, and attention to underbody parts would have made a big difference.
