I didn’t get an oil change here, but I did have a small emergency. I ended up with a busted tire right in front of this business and let me tell you the staff along with the General Manager went out of their way to help me. These are some very kind folks here, and they will definitely be getting my business from now on.. Will never go here again and don’t recommend for anyone to take your vehicle there. Management calls customer liars and belittles people. I saw the tech break the filter housing he yanked on it till it broke off then blamed the previous company. I talked to the manager and he said I was lucky they had an extra one , because it was already broken. I told him what I saw the tech do , he then called me a liar . I found the peace the tech broke and showed him , he belittled me and yelled saying if the job was easy the customer would do it them self’s , and keep saying it’s not their fault. Even though I saw it with my own eyes . They left my engine covered in oil all the way down to the frame. I do not recommend this shop on Georgia they are not good or responsible for their actions.

This was the first time we visited the Jiffy Lube on Georgia across the street from Water still We had a great experience at this Jiffy lube . Rodney and his team were extremely friendly and honest. We were there for an oil change, when they started looking at the oil they found it was still clean and told us, there was no need to change. They also vacuumed the cab and washed all the windows, and filled the tires, and charged us nothing. The level of honesty and helpfulness was unbelievable. We have never seen such effort given for no charge. We are in our 70's and have never seen such honesty, truthfulness, and helpfulness from a business. We highly recommend this business. P.S. you should give them a try next time you need your oil changed see if we aren't right about Rodney and his team.

Stopped by to get an oil change and I’ve never had such a great experience before. Rodney and his team were honest and let us know my car didn’t need a oil change. He then proceeded to still have my windows wiped down and car vacuum since they had already started. I am deeply grateful especially in a time where money is so tight. Thank you thank you. I took my pickup in for an oil change yesterday. I knew that I hadn’t put many miles on it since the last oil change but it had been 16 months so I figured it was due. They checked it and told me it was clean and that I didn’t really need to change the oil unless I just wanted to. They didn’t want me to pay for something that I didn’t need. Rodney and his crew have always done a great job for me and I certainly appreciate their honesty. I did get a headlight replaced and will definitely be back for an oil change after a few more miles. Highly recommend this location!

Took my company work truck here, they did not torque the oil drain bolt. Next day there was a 12" diameter puddle on the driveway leaking from the drain bolt. Went under the truck and it was finger tight. Will never go back to any jiffylube ever again. Can't trust them with my work truck, won't recommend to anyone.

JiffyLube on Georgia St. is a heck of a bunch of great guys professional and beyond friendly... Manager Rodney with Larry and the gang are always ready to help you with any oil change need, always helping my wife and I on our vehicles... I went in to routinely to change my oil and they said forget it- your oil was clean and no need to change it; I'd been sick for awhile this winter- so had driven much. Some places would have just took the money and changed the oil anyway, not these pros... they did the right thing, that's commitment to fairness and honsety. They are always sharing and caring- whether a new BBQ recipe or smile and a prayer It's quick, friendly and great time- all in wrapped up in a oil change.

one of my wipers quit working, I was in CO went to Grease Monkey in Castle Rock, they said I needed a new motor, but one wiper was still moving. Didn't have time to wait for a part, called here. The manager asked me a few questions and told me it was not the motor. I went in and he tightened a few bolts and they are working fine. Didn't charge me a dime. He said the motor and labor would have been about 400 bucks. Honest manager, honest company.
