Pleasant staff. I had my car inspected in about 40min. I had to go back the next day, tho bc scan put in the wrong Vin number, so they had to redo it (free) before I could order my tags.

Just like another disgruntled customer, I too arrived right at 8:30am on a Thursday, waited 30 minutes, and no one ever showed up to open the location. And just like that other disgruntled customer, I took my business right down the street to Snappy Lube and they were able to take care of everything I needed.

The jiffy lube staff are very friendly and their service is prompt and excellent! I was unaware of the free car was with oil change, what a great surprise! They do not try to push more services which as a young women, I greatly appreciate. I finally found my go-to oil change place!

Went in on a Monday mid-day for an oil change, they got me in-and-out in 30 min which was nuts since most places I’ve called around town didn’t have appointments in the same week. The two guys there were really friendly, non-pressuring, thorough, and efficient. Will be back!

Passing through the area, called ahead to see if they could accommodate my size rig. The nice lady I spoke with informed me they could and offered to texted me a coupon, saved $15.00. The wait time was a little long but I probably arrived at a busy time. All the staff were doing their best and were very professional. Thank you.

Super score! Got there at the right time. Some cartoon was on that old people don't know. my children turned into zombies so were well behaved. There was no line. Came at an off time on a Thursday. Had a chit chat, for the oil changed. Told me brakes will want attention soon. Out the door with an oil change, filters checked, fluids topped and tires full. See ya next time!

In and out quick service! They were nice enough to check everything and found a few things we didn't know needed touched up. Even went as far when they told us we were good to go, to hang on a second, we'd like to double check ypur tires. Sure enough they needed air. Our car is now running like new again! These guys are as fast as thorough allows. Last time they topped off my windshield wiper fluid, and vacuumed out my car as part of the service. Everyone was super polite. Sitting hear listening to the greeter (didn't catch his name, he has a short braided ponytail) and he was very friendly. Honest, up front, decent prices. That's allmwhy I came back

I have been struggling to find a place to get my car’s oil changed. It has a skip plate, and it is a struggle for some. Not for them though! They were able to figure out why it was challenging, take the time to explain it to me, gave me multiple solutions on how to address the issue moving forward and offered suggestions on where to go next! I highly recommend them, and I will be back.

They did not do there job and forgot to put the oil plug in tightly and my car leaked oil and completely totaled my car engine do not go to this jiffy lube I went in for a routine oil change left having to buy a new car!!

I usually go to the dealership to service my car, but decided to try Jiffy Lube this time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back next time. From the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out, Josh provided excellent service. He was very thorough in checking everything and mindful of my budget and time. The whole team was great, but Josh definitely went above and beyond in professionalism.

Overpriced in my opinion, the front staff seemed more of a family oriented get together but don't let that stop you from attending. The service tech agent was great. I believe he was the only person working the bay and had two cars in front of me. The wait was only 30 mins or so.

After they completed my oil change they told me that they did not have tool to reset my warning lights. As I had a low coolant warning, I now need to redo the service to see if I have a leak. They also did not have washer fluid but handed me a receipt that said they had refilled. Also, receipt said they vacuumed floors which they did not. Valvoline may have a longer wait, but there is a reason
