I am not usually impressed by jiffy, but this is not your average jiffy lube. The folks working here give extraordinary care to the customers' cars, vacuuming the floor mats and cleaning all glass. Definitely wil return.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I love coming to this location. They are always smiling and welcoming. Steven and his staff are always exceptional. I came in for an oil change and left with a working car and battery because Steven took the time to check everything and make sure my car was given to me left in good working conditions.

Went for a simple transmission flush and came out with a transmission leak from the side solenoid. $600 later at the Honda service center. They said it looked obviously like it was purposefully tampered with. Won’t ever trust this location again. Oil changes may be fine but at your own risk for anything else.

Not the best experience. Went in for an oil change and the staff was polite and the service went quickly, however it was when they gave my car back that I saw problems. First of all they didn’t clear the change oil light from my cars ECU so I still have a change oil light on my dash and I will need to make a second trip to get that fixed. Second, it says in the paperwork that they vacuumed my car mats but they clearly didn’t. This isn’t a big deal, however it does raise concerns about what else they claimed to do but didn’t really do. Thirdly, they put air in my tires, but not equal amounts and that caused my car to flash another warning light on my dash for low tire pressure. One tire was at 35psi while another one was at 29 psi. The car is meant to be at 32 btw. This ended up being quite an expensive oil change and a few other things like tires being rotated and a new cabin air filter, and I just don’t feel like it was money well spent. I’ve had better experiences at other Jiffy Lube locations.

Timing was good. Never provided options for oil. Tried to tell me my battery was wrong, but it's on spec and interchangeable with another size. I get it, their system is telling them something, but that's an uninformed push by them. So, know your car and you'll be fine. They talked like they knew everything and didn't really listen to me. And that know it all attitude...idk. attitude matters. But hey, efficient on the oil change. And that matters most.

So I'm pretty disappointed that when I got my oil changed that they didn't top off my transmission. I don't care that it originally took Dex2, you're an oil change place, you should have a suitable replacement for service. I guess I should be happy he at least found 12 zert fittings to grease & a new drain plug for me...

My girlfriend and I had just driven up the 101 and the check oil light came on. So I decided to try out something new and come to Jiffy Lube, once I got there I was immediately directed as to where to go and I was given the option to go inside or stay in my car. They went about replacing the cabin filter, my oil filter, and oil in under 30 minutes. Larry and Kenya were both exceptionally polite and quick with their work. Mistakes happen. Luckily, this Jiffy Lube has great people. It was communicated to me what happened to the car and what they would do to fix it. They stayed true to their word. They resolved the issue at their own expense and with a sense of urgency. I got my car after a few hours, with a detailed explanation of what they fixed and the parts they replaced. In light of the very bad situation, they showed incredible professionalism and great customer service. My only regret is that I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who was taking care of me and talking to the Jiffy Lube regional manager. So, based on the receipt, I would like to thank Ernesto, Felix, Lawrence, Giovanni, and Anil.
