I got my tires rotated & an annual safety inspection done. They were great. The only issue I had is that I asked them to air up my tires too, which they did, but they forgot to put 2 of my tire stem caps back on my tires. That’s honestly not a big deal, I’ll have to buy more, which sucks & I know the car doesn’t really need it, but it’s the principle. Since my car is practically brand new I want to make it look as nice as possible & if I just let that slide & don’t replace them then it would slowly turn into a junk car for scraps.

The staff was respectful and the service appeared fine at first. I came in for what I thought was a brake fluid leak. Jiffy Lube replaced the brakes and flushed the lines. At checkout, the manager asked the rep to add a note and then informed me that gear oil was leaking onto the rear driver side brake, which was the same concern I mentioned when I arrived. On the way to Black’s Tire and Auto for a second opinion, the vehicle began to screech and gave off a burning smell. I had to pull over and get it towed. Black’s found that the rotors had been installed incorrectly and a bolt on the wheel spacer was broken. They also inquired why a company would complete a brake service knowing an unresolved oil leak on the brakes degrades the components. Nevertheless, I kept the damaged parts after they were re-replaced by Black’s to ensure safe driving. I called Jiffy Lube three times to ask about a refund or replacement but did not receive a response. On the court call, I was told the manager would not be in until Monday, which is the same day I leave for school for several months. I may not have time to follow up, so I’m sharing my experience here. While the interaction was professional, the work unfortunately did not meet expectations. I hope this helps others make informed decisions.

I have used Jiffy lube for years because they always checked the fluids, tires, brakes etc. This new company that owns this branch does not offer the same checks; they did not ask me which type of oil I wanted and did not show me what the price was before doing the work. Very disappointed with this visit. Hope they can bring back some of the past services. The current staff is courteous and there was no long wait time. Thank you.

Would do 0 stars if I could. Will never service at any Jiffy Lube ever again. Had a whole runaround with management about an inspection and multiple other things that should have only totaled around $500 and now I’m stuck with an $800 bill 24 hours later and still no inspection. Stick to your small mechanic shops and not these chain shops.

The gentleman at the register was great, knowledgeable with a lovely character 💖 I had to go to a different jiffy lube last year 2024 because y'all didn't have anyone to do inspections last november.
