First time at Jiffy Lube in many years. Needed oil change and decided to try. Was very happy was able to get in and out quickly. Needed windshield wiper replaced so had done to save time later. Person at counter was pretty new yet but knew what she was doing. They were fast and professional. Would recommend using them.

I’ve tried to take shortcuts having friends change my oil but it’s always ended up in disaster leaving me to wonder if it was done correctly. The guys at Jiffy Lube are so kind and so nice. They always make sure I’m back up and running and my car is ready for another month. Fluids are topped off and it takes no time at all. I brought my jeep in for you.Transmission oil change.And now it doesn't want to shift in the second gear! I talked to the manager, he said, take us to court! That's an honest company! I'm going to get it fixed at a transmission place.And take these people to court, get my money back.And then some. DO T TRUST THEM! And they lied to me about the price. UPDATE: talked to (RICH the manager)at Collage ave Appleton. He pulled the oil out and redid it and now its PERECT! rich is profectional and he knows what he is doing. If you have a problem with this store talk to RICH(MANAGER) AT COLLAGE AVE. he will take care of you!

I go for oil changes and tire rotations, and they never try to get me to buy something I don't need. Very friendly staff, and if it's not busy you're in and out pretty quick. If it's busy you need to understand it's first come first serve. I take my personal vehicle there, and when I had a fleet vehicle I took that there as well. Please consider a little extra time for a fleet vehicle.

Horrible result. Brought my car in for the first time ever to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. First off, they don’t even ask what you’re looking to have done in regard to the oil change, but rather just ask for the keys and get the vehicle pulled in right away. There are no prices listed on the website or in the actual store to review and analyze what oil option you would be interested in. It’s not until the oil change is finished do you get the final price. The actual inspection check and oil change is actually done too quickly to be considered thorough in my opinion. It seemed like I was done before I could even sit down. Now on top of all of this, I had oil leaking from my car for the first time ever on our concrete garage and on our concrete driveway. The oil change was on Saturday morning and on Monday afternoon I had brought the car back and ask that they inspect the oil plug and filter and make sure everything was tight and secure. Then they come back and say that I have a leaky oil pan gasket. I couldn’t even believe what was just conveyed to me. A car that has never leaked any oil after 187,000 miles but the day after they change my oil, it all of a sudden leaks and has a leaky oil pan gasket. No way. This company is crooked and so are their employees. I would never recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone.

I'm really disappointed by this Jiffy Lube. I came in for a quick oil change since I was out and about, figuring I was about due. I waited for over an hour. I would not recommend coming here for a quick service. I also found that they were more expensive than other places I have been to. Head somewhere else, unless you don't mind waiting awhile.
