Pros: Very fast service! I was very impressed with getting out within 30 minutes on the service that I needed. They also cleaned the mats on my vehicle. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get what I needed done today. The service greatly exceeded my expectations. Cons: if you're quoted a price...It should be documented and communicated on who you speak with. Seems like there's a bait and switch to make you pay more. Seemed like the price kept changing as well. Especially if you mentioned that you have military or that you're a student. I was not too happy about and I did address that with the Service Advisor. I understand that paying more leads to a bigger commission and more hours. But with what's going on and in today's economy it's really good to save as much as you can. That should be considered....Make sure that you have your coupons ready before you pay. I would also recommend for them to have an Office Coordinator at the shop. Seems like the technicians are doing everything. Which is a lot!

They gave me a quote for a job no one there could do. I risked driving my car to their location with no serpentine belt. Power steering shot. Just to be told no one there does serpentine belts. To make it worse the guy that told me this was the same guy that gave me the quote. He was also rude, mumbled when asked questions , and even proceeded to take a personal call making plans to meet someone after work instead of properly talking with me. I had all 3 of my kids with me and my car is my livelihood. Luckily, I got a traveling mechanic that did the work for me in 20 min. Even drove me to get the money off my card and was better priced that here.

I just had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Austin, who truly saved the day. During our conversation about checking my air cabin filter, I mentioned concerns about mice entering my vehicle, and sure enough, we found remnants in the filter. Austin went above and beyond to address the issue, explain everything clearly, and make sure my car was safe and in top shape. It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal, but Austin delivered exactly that, leaving me confident and relieved.

I liked the fact the the team moved with military precision. Calling out to each other to each step of the process and confirming each step. I also liked that they did things like check my tire pressure, vacuum my car and check my fluids. It reminded me of what a full self service could look like.

Very painful experience. First person at opening for simple tire rotation. Watched as service techs wonder around and not do anything. Absolutely painful. Asked to have the vehicle lowered so I could leave and suddenly they want to start. Working on other vehicles when I should have been first. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Be careful with this jiffy lube. I asked for an oil change and was in a rush and they took an entire hour to change my oil. They ran through my air filters, my coolant came back and asked me that I should get all of that stuff done. An air filter at autozone is a cheap purchase and very easy to put in however I complied and they charge me almost $80 for something you just pop in. Then right across from me there’s a poor old lady who only wanted her oils changed and tires rotated and they started going into her spark plugs and all these other things and even though she said she’ll go through her carfax to verify the last time she conducted maintenance the employee stated he had the carfax up at that moment so I walked up and what I saw was the invoice from my transaction while he was talking to her. Never going back. They are swindling you here.

Every employee that saw or even passed me went out of their way to say hello and engage in conversation. I loved how they brought things to my attention but did not try to push the sale too hard and make it uncomfortable. Past mechanical issues came up in conversation and they recommended several reliable shops in the area. They were quick and efficient and I was in and out in around 20 minutes. The only negative thing I have to say, is the bathroom was gross but didnt warrant taking a star away from how good the rest of the service was.
