Went there for my state inspection. Showed up at 5:45 just when they were about to close, however they still showed me good customer service. They did the inspection and checked all my fluids within 15 minutes and went over all recommendations.

irresponsible works at jiffy lube!I went there for oil change.they did not close the oil cabin and they given me the car.When i going out for my work i saw at the parked positin there is oil on the ground.At my workplace parking also it was oil spilled. when i returned home I feel I have to go to a mechanic.It was empty the oil cabin and whole engine with spilled oil ! I will not go to JIFFY any more.

So at my checkout, the bill seemed a little higher than it should be. They TRIED to charge me $10 for SHOP SUPPLIES! He said it was for supplies used to change the oil. Amazing! I’ll NEVER go back to Jiffy Lube!

This morning vent to get my Oil changed. Toyota Avalon. Glad to meet Max there at the shop. He is gem of person - honest, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions with quick, practical advice and never tried to upsell (huge for me). My oil change at 18434 W. Airport Blvd, Richmond, TX 77407 was in and out in about 20 minutes. Fair pricing (Used Coupon - yeah), friendly service, and zero hassle. Go see Max you will be well taken care of.

I stopped at Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and car inspection. As I drove up a gentleman, obviously an employee, met me and I told him what I needed. I was instructed where to park and was told there were two customers before me and I could wait inside. The whole place was immaculately clean, so nice. I showed the gentleman my insurance card on my phone and looked at a magazine. Before I knew it they were finished. The price was reasonable and after paying my car was waiting right outside the door. Great experience!

I’ve been using this company for my oil change for years back in Arizona they always did great above measure service. This was my first time here at this location I went in for a top off but they told be I could since I hadn’t got the last oil change at their location it was one in San Antonio. They told me I would need to do a full oil which I agreed. The service for a full oil change on their poster read “it’s not just an oil change” we also check all filters, vacuum, check tires, and window cleaning. When they told me it was done I looked and none of the other things had been done. I told the manager and one of the workers told him “since he came in for a top off we didn’t touch the car” but I didn’t get a top off. Needless to say the “cleaned the windows “ and put air in my tires. No vacuum. The manager didn’t seem to care he said the guy was new and just “uh hummed” along when I called back after I had left. Horrible customer service we are very dissatisfied. Wish their was better service places in this area they seem to all have this mentality no pride in what they do

Went into Jiffy Lube to have an oil change and tires rotated. As I was driving out I notice the tire light was on stating tires pressure low. Mechanic told me to drive the car and light would go off. I went back three times. I was told to go to a tire shop. Nothing wrong with car when I drove in. Tires were purchased six month ago.

After I got home from my Jiffy Lube oil change, I lifted the hood to make sure everything was replaced and tight - it was not. The crew missed securing and tightening down the air filter carriage. I’m glad I checked, this was my daughter’s car and see was leaving the next day on a 5 hour car trip. This is why I always check the “mechanic’s” work. Disappointed in this shop’s service.

I had taken my Audi sq7 for a simple oil change. I was there for almost two hours just for them to tell me they couldn’t do it because the drain plug was stripped. I had taken this car to Audi SUGARLAND for oil changes and this was the first time I had taken it anywhere else and Audi would know how to work on their own cars and I’m pretty sure they stripped the bolt. The way the pulled out my air filters and held everything up was so unprofessional. I could do a better job myself and they don’t know how to work on these cars. I had taken it to another shop next door a day later and found out there are oil leaks all over the engine due to the car was sounding weird on the way home immediately after they worked on it. The other shop said the tray at the bottom of the car is also filled with oil and he’s estimating 1-2k in repairs. I’m hoping I get compensation from this store as they have caused this. I had called them and they said they didn’t touch the oil filter because of the bolt but I saw them remove it with my own eyes and put my old one back in in due to them not being able to finish the job. They said they will check it out and hopefully they will help me out.

Great service and a great price! I stopped by to get my oil changed and tires rotated using a coupon. After I left, I heard a noise and immediately feared the worst. I brought my van back, and the mechanics started inspecting it right away. They quickly identified the issue, which wasn’t their fault, and even put the tires back the way they were at no additional cost. They took the time to clearly explain everything to my husband over the phone, so we fully understood what was going on. Friendly, informative, efficient, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how they handled everything and would definitely recommend them!
