I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube during my recent oil change. The crew was very friendly, quick, and professional. Not only did they take care of the oil change efficiently, but they also went the extra mile by putting air in my tires, cleaning my windshield, checking my air filter and topping off my coolant. I really appreciated the fact that they made sure my car was in top shape before I left. They also completed everything within the promised 15 minutes. It’s that kind of service that makes me feel confident about coming back. Highly recommend!

These guys are legitimately the fastest oil change on this side of the Mississippi. I know I’m being funny but genuinely the fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten, if there’s no line then it’s like 10 minutes. Insane. As I’m writing this I’m getting my oil changed, tire pressure checked, told what I need to replace based on my mileage and so on, and getting my turn indicator bulb replaced. The crew here very clearly is all on board and has just an awesome culture of working hard. Not many businesses are ran like this nowadays, so props to the whole crew and those in charge. Extra bonus, the lobby and restroom are clean and the staff lets you know if there are coupons available.

The best Jiffy Lube location one can ask for. I came in for an oil changed and left with a full service feeling confident and comfortable that my car was serviced properly. The team has always put me (the customer), show integrity and are ethical. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Besides having familiar faces when I pull in, they are all very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this Jiffy Lube. My car was in terrible shape… my brakes and rotors were completely worn out and the noise was so loud you could hear my car coming from down the street. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed about the situation. The two guys who helped me on 03/05 truly went above and beyond. Even after a long day, they took the time to make sure my car was fixed properly and safe to drive. They were patient, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time.It’s rare to come across people who care this much about their customers! I recently went to this Jiffy Lube location and had an oil change and tire rotation. Later after I had left the shop, I noticed while driving that there was a loud noise that came from the front passenger side near my tire whenever I made a left turn. I brought my vehicle back to Jiffy Lube to see if they could take a look at it. The staff was very friendly, in particular two staff members by the names of Eric and Rodger assisted me. Rodger assisted further by having me park in one of the bays and inspected my vehicle where the noise was coming from. Come to find out my front fender liner had some clips missing. Rodger and Eric assisted by searching for some clips to see if any they had on hand would fit my vehicle. Unfortunately, none they had would fit. For the time being, Rodger let me know he could use a zip tie so that at least I wouldn’t cause any damage by continuing to drive with my fender liner loose. He mentioned that if I can get a correct size at a local Autozone, they could assist me. Luckily I was able to find the size and came back. Rodger was happy to assist and replaced the temporary zip tie with the actual clip. Please give kudos to Eric and Rodger for their excellent customer service! Rodger went above and beyond for me and was so kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you so much for employing great staff who truly reminded me that great customer service does still exist! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Wonderful service from Ernesto and his team. Had my kids in the car and they took care of us quick in 15 min hassle free no need to even get down from your vehicle. They were so kind and thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable in this humid weather by providing us with portable AC access so we won’t be hit inside the car. Highly recommend!
