I moved to Abilene a few years ago and was looking for a mechanic I could trust. I know nothing about cars and figured my chances of finding an honest mechanic were about as good as me finding love at first sight. I couldn't have been more wrong. My mechanic in Lubbock (whom I trust) referred me to Jim Clark's Auto Repair shop. I figured a referral couldn't hurt and I would give him a shot. I'm so glad I did. He fixed my car in record time and even came in under budget. I own my own business so I know how rare it is to find someone who under promises and over delivers. I've since taken several vehicles to Jim to fix and he's always delivered. Highly highly recommend this place.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this company! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They took their time thoroughly examining the issues with my suspension and alignment and gave me honest, straightforward feedback, clearly explaining what needed immediate attention and what could wait. We went through the quote process together, and I appreciated being given the option to choose the brand of parts I preferred. Then, the day before I was scheduled to drop off my car, my starter went out! They were so kind and accommodating, adding that repair into the same-day service without hesitation. Very customer oriented. Went out of the way to avoid having to replace a 400$ item by repairing the part which just needed a simple piece/a silicon ring, to complete the repair.
