Called 3 times leaving messages to no call back. 4 time already know what is wrong with vehicle just needed an appointment to get it fixed. They would not order parts without paying a 100 to say I am right and another appointment to get it fixed. So frustrating.

IF YOU COME HERE FOR SERVICE, GET CONFIRMATION AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU SPOKE TO! I waited three weeks for an appointment; get here and it’s a complete disaster of an intake system. No signs on where to park, no direction, and I finally get helped by somebody 20 minutes past my appointment, and they don’t even have me in the system. NIGHTMARE. Totally disorganized.

I bought a Mazda recently and was convinced to buy the “maintenance for Life” program. DON’T do it!! It is a huge hassle and difficult to schedule. I was not told it is ONLY good at Jim click dealerships, not Mazda in general. ! I was told I could go to any Jim click. So I’m trying to schedule Maintenance and the soonest I can get in is about 4-6weeks! I tried to call another Jim click and the wait time is just as long and they don’t seem to know we are supposed to be able to go to any JC dealership. This may seem like a good deal— but only if you have time to deal with the hassle!

EDIT: came back in to order some parts from the parts department, and it’s STILL horrible. This Mazda dealership is a disgrace to the Jim Click Automotive Group.
I have been to this dealership once before for a routine inspection and that one appointment was enough for me to travel to Phoenix and get my vehicle serviced at a Mazda dealership up there. I made an appointment with my new to me used Mazda. They checked me in and sort of waved me to their lounge where they told me it would take 1.5 hours for a service inspection. Almost 3 hours later my inspection is completed and they present me the paperwork with the previous owners information. They had been calling out the previous owners name in the lounge, which not surprisingly nobody answered because I own the car now and not the previous owner. After going over the inspection with the advisor I asked him why I needed to perform hundreds of dollars worth of preventative maintenance. He could not give me an exact answer. Not only did this initial service leave a sour taste in my mouth, but it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone in the service department. You have to schedule weeks in advance for an oil change or even to get a battery tested! It’s so very unfortunate that the only Mazda dealership in Tucson is so awful. I truly hope another one is built in Tucson in the future, otherwise I will continue to drive to Phoenix for service.
