This man says he is an authorized Mercedes mechanic, NOT!! Had my car over two weeks, accomplished nothing. Had to turn to Mercedes of Athens for them to fix, which was a very small problem.. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!

Went here to get an oil leak fixed paid 600 dollars, oil still leaking. Went to complain he told me to come back and never heard from him again. Bad business

You really need to believe every review on this this place. They rip people off. If they do fix the problem with your car they damage and break other parts trying to fix problem 1. Do not put everything back together properly but only expect pay for what they have done. Please save your car time and money and go to someone who knows what they are doing. Please trust me!

I have been going to Jimmy's for roughly 2 years now . I live an hour and a half away. This is by far the BEST shop I have ever been to. I highly recommend this repair service . If you want honest dependable work with decent prices .

This happened YEARS AGO!! And my review was taken down! Run, run, run!!! Took my money! And messed up my SUV till it was unable to drive! My father flew from FL fixed the SUV and drove it back to FL!! It took everything in him to not bring this hole of a business DOWN!! His is a LIAR! Cannot be trusted! And needs to be SHUTDOWN!! Immediately!! Why are people still going by to this SCAMMER AND LIAR!!

I broke down at the red light, wonderful people pushed me & I coasted into their drive. They immediately came to my rescue and got me running, they even sent someone to get me a drink as I was over heated and getting sick.! Awesome folks!

I have seen jimmy a lot in the last couple of years at first i was a little unsure but the man does everything he can for you after talking to him he did everything he could for me including fixing my bumper on my brand new car today. Jimmy is a good dude and I’d take something to him any day of the week if he can’t do it he has someone that can. Keep up the good work man thanks for everything.

My husband took my truck here in Dec. 2024. I have yet to receive it back as of 2/25. I keep calling no answer. Guess I’ll contact the insurance company since we gave him the check months ago.

This guy is a thief. Don't take your car here. He charged thousands of dollars for a repair and we ended up having to take the car to another mechanic. They provided proof that NONE of the parts we were charged for got replaced. Total fraud! Jimmy is a thief. This shop should not be allowed to do business in our community.

This place is a complete joke!!! He is a scammer at its best. He has had my son's car for a whole year and it's still not working. All he does is tell lies and run you in circles!!! All of these bad reviews are true and i am experiencing a lot of the same issues with him right now. At this point, all I ask for is my son's car and the money he paid him. My baby does not deserve this!

He is a scam artist. Wish I had of read these reviews before I took my son car to his shop.....each bad review is 100 accurate. My son is 16 and this was his first car and he lied to his face. How could anyone be so cruel. Please ... do not take your car to this prepaid ... will never fix your car... lying accuse for a mechanic.

If this is the same Jimmy’s automotive that was on college station previously (across the street from the Golden pantry) then this was the worst experience I’ve had with auto service. Took over 6 months to almost a year to get a car fixed but it was never fixed. I went over to 5 star automotive and they told me that I was being taken advantage of. My car turned into a money pit, something new would go wrong and eventually needed a whole new engine. My car was treated like a science experiment as he would try something new every time, costing me hundreds to then thousands of dollars. But I was going there for so long that 5 star automotive admitted that I should stay there and try to work with him because by that time they would have told me to sell my car ASAP. Wouldn’t get the car fixed at Jimmy’s for weeks/months at a time. Worst of all he tried selling me a piece of s*** car with over 150,000 miles and wanted my car plus another $1500. Does this seem fair does it, considering my car at the time was 7 years newer and had less miles. Overall the work wasn’t done right and I was taken advantage of. Again if this is the same person, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! If you don’t want to end up in jail for hurting these people over your much-needed ride —— DO NOT MESS WITH this shop. They broke my AC and it was not broken when I took my vehicle there. They kept my ride for almost 3weeks to repair something minor, which I truly doubt they repaired at all, because my car is running worse now than it was before I put it in the shop. In fact, my car is in a different shop now to have the SAME WORK DONE on it that I paid $1000 to have done at Jimmy’s Auto. Do yourself a favor and TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEPLACE ELSE. These people will make you lose ALL your religion!!!!! These people will make your blood BOIL!!!! These people will make you want to call the police to get your vehicle back. These people will have you taking your car some place else after their work is supposedly done. DON’T DO IT!!!!

Absolute worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had. Tried to give them multiple chances to fix the problem and the car kept getting worse. Really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but in the end we paid them a ton of money and the car is worse than when we started.

Can’t say enough great things about Jimmy and his team. My car broke down on the way home from work, and even though the shop was about to close for the day and it was freezing cold, they towed my car and started working on it. They put in my new alternator in less than an hour, and invited me in the shop so I wouldn’t be cold and offered me coffee. Not to mention it was inexpensive compared to every other shop I’ve gotten work done at. If it wasn’t for their hard work, I would’ve been stranded with a broken car in the cold. Thank you Jimmy!!!
