I took my LR4 to them in 2016 after an accident so that they could evaluate the damage and work with my insurance company. They were easy to work with and called me with updates. Unlike the one star review, I WOULD use them again.

Unfortunately I cannot give ZERO stars. Items were stolen from my car and the management is in denial. Even after the tech who performed the work confirmed that the items were there, management insist that his employees were not responsible. But the items did not just disappear. Management also claimed that "unfortunately" they could not provide relief because there was no evidence of a thief...but of course my items are still missing. Certainly a "reputable" business like Joe Bullard would carry liability insurance for these types of incidence. Do not patronize Joe Bullard....they are dishonest, their employees steal and the management supports dishonesty!

Had my infinity Q50 rear bumper worked on, after about three weeks driving it blew off on the highway. Brought it back in to Joe Bullard explaining what happened with pictures to show proof. They took no responsibility and said to me that I should take it up with my insurance and only offer me $164 towards my claim. I will never used their services again, if I could give zero stars I would.

Brother Lee Dell will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious Anger to those who attempt to poison and pollute any brothers or sisters minds when it comes to what it takes to do a true paint job. for thou shall know his name is Lee Dell Scarborough when he lay his hands upon your ride. For real these people are amazing. I was not there 5 minutes and someone told me you were in good hands and they did not work for the shop and they had a corvette as well. Front shop girls are AMAZING. Tony did his thing. It took a little longer, But I firmly believe you can not rush perfection, and that is what I got. Im very satisfied and believe me people I am a very hard person to please and they actually did it. Delivered what was promised and in this day and age that is rare. I chose Joe Bullard Collision Center because they are Acura certified. Rick Armstrong & Courtney Alexander went over above and beyond to make sure my Acura MDX was done right. I came to Joe Bullard for some minor bumper issues on my 2021 Honda Accord and left soo satisfied! Mr. Tony was the best! He examined my car, told me the price, & we picked a date! Reasonable prices, great staff!, amazing service! When I picked up my vehicle not only was the work perfect, but they cleaned inside of my vehicle which was a 10/10! Couldn't recommend them more.
