I could not have been happier with my experience there. It was a very busy time for them due to storm damage to many cars. They booked an appointment for me as quickly as they could. I must say this experience was stellar.. Although STATE FARM WAS HORRID , The staff from the receptionist up to Mrs Tracey gave me nothing but warm, and sympathetic world class service… Honestly, they deserve an award. Referred to them by my insurance company, State Farm, I received a call to schedule my repair. As I was in the area, I decided to visit the repair shop, as I prefer to vet any service provider entrusted with my vehicle. Upon entering, I posed several questions and was unfortunately met with unprofessional demeanor from the secretary and the adjuster. Given this experience, I would not recommend their services or trust them to repair my vehicle.

I brought my car here for service on 1/20/2026 and left it for 13 days for repairs. I picked it up today (2/2/2026) at exactly 5:00 pm. Items were missing from the front center compartment underneath the air controls while the car was in their possession. I have called and left a message for the manager, as it was past closing time when I saw them missing. The repair work was fine, but the insecurity of the lot and the lack of care for customer property is a major red flag. I have filed a police report regarding the stolen items.
