Got into a deer incident with my brand new Toyota Corolla Cross and was really devastated. After reporting it to my insurance and as recommended, I went to Joe Hudson's on Abercorn. Their team was very accomodating from the beginning to the end. Asante took care of me, kept getting updates of the status of my vehicle almost everyday or so which made me feel better and confident that my vehicle is taken cared of and is in good hands. They wven finished 3 days earlier than expected. Miss Betty was very pleasant when I was checking out. I thank them so much for taking care of my vehicle and I am very satisfied with their work and now my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. This was how bad the damage looked like and now I can't even tell that something ever happened to it. Thank You Team Joe Hudson on Abercorn!!!

Customer service here is not good to say the least. Very rude and only seem interested in taking your money. No refund on parts that don't fit, just purchase more and they will install aftermarket parts whether you prefer that or not, without asking or permission. The paint didn't blend. Just not a pleasant visit and will not return.

I had a wonderful experience with Ms Ebony in the parts department. She was very knowledgeable about the parts and service about what I needed and made my job and life much easier. *Update: I changed this review to 5 stars, not because things were perfect but, for the way the issues were handled. Things sometimes go wrong but, everything about the way they’ve been handled has shown me that they care about their customers and truly want to make things right. I’d say they’ve even gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my concerns and deserve 5 stars for that alone. They’ve changed my opinion of the shop and would use them again. I left JHCC of Hardeeville SC 5 stars a year ago for a repair they did, when I was hit a 2nd time I decided to give JHCC on Abercorn in Savannah a chance since they were closer but, I should have gone back to Hardeeville. Mismatched paint, instead of correcting the bumper not matching they decided to "blend" the trunk and fenders to ease the transition, I was left with a bumper (much lighter than when I brought it in) that doesn't match the trunk and fenders and, trunk and fenders that don't match the rest of the car (way too much metal flake compared to the rest of the car). Over spray paint on my aftermarket wheels, multiple delays, trunk wouldn't close when I picked it up. Jacob, the manager, is a really nice guy and tries his best, and so is the staff at the front desk but, they were the only high points of this visit. I can't say I was even remotely satisfied with the visit and am reminded of that every time I look at my car now.

Hi, my name is Coralie Palmer. I had an exceptional experience with Joe Hudson's when they repaired my car and my husband’s a few weeks ago. They are the same collision experts who handled significant repairs on my vehicle six months after an accident, making this last repair my second major in the past six months with Joe Hudson’s. Before relocating to Savannah, I had unfortunately been in two accidents while driving, which is surprising considering I went 15 years without any violations. My husband is the same, but has only been in one accident since arriving two years ago. Nevertheless, I’m glad we chose Joe Hudson's. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process and had our cars ready ahead of schedule. We are beyond thrilled with the results! I also love where they are located. I have no sense of direction in the area, but it was easy to get on and off, and Walmart being so close is an easy landmark. I also (if I say, I also one more time, I might scream) want to mention that I love my vehicle. I detail it weekly, and my satisfaction with having my black sports car repaired speaks volumes! I highly recommend Joe Hudson's and plan to use their services again. Unfortunately, living here in Savannah means accidents might happen, and I wonder if they offer a "buy three, get one free" savings program. this is a 2018 Ford Mustang. They made it look brand new. I will add the before photos as soon as I locate them. I took these at the park yesterday after the repairs.

I give them a 3-star because the repair quality was excellent. I give them *only* a 3-star because of communications until I was able to work directly with the Manager. Poor IT system customer communications with misinformation and errors. Poor follow-up by staff until I started working directly with the Manager (Sam) who is excellent in this regard. QC process appears to only address the colision components and area and not the overall cleaniness of the vehicle. Overall, the process took significantly longer than expected. However, I attribute much of this to the at-fault driver's insurance company, who happens to be MY insurance company. This is the certified Tesla collision center in the greater metro area. The front desk personnel and the Manager (Sam) were excellent. The technical quality of the repair is excellent. Timely and accurate communications are not...unless I was interfacing with the Manager. Regarding pricing, I cannot comment because this was covered by the at-fault driver's insurance. I paid nothing.

These folks here at Joe Hudson are fantastic! They communicate throughout the whole process and are very friendly. Ms. Ebony was thorough and made me feel like my car was top priority and with how quick and efficient the service was, Joe Hudson doesn't waste time. Our car came back to us looking like it just left the car lot, basically brand new. If we ever have another repair needed, we will certainly return!

The entire process was start to finish getting my vehicle repaired. I received frequent updates and communication so that I was always aware of where they were in the repair process. All personnel that I encountered went above and beyond and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. I was sent to this facility because someone hit my vehicle and this was their preferred repair shop. We normally do have someone that works on our vehicles, but the experience here was so outstanding that we would definitely consider them for future boy work on our cars.

Came in to have my back end of my car repaired after being rear ended by a freightliner truck. The receptionist greeted me with compassion and respect. She was patient and very kind. She was always smiling and made me comfortable to be there. The shop went above and beyond in fixing my car . They were very good at keeping me informed about the process. When the got finished with my car , I almost didn't recognize it. It looked almost brand new. The car even drives better. They even took out a few dents and scratches as well as gave me a whole new back door. They even cleaned and detailed it. I am 100 percent satisfied. Every member of their team treated me with respect and dignity. I will use them again. And the receptionist definitely deserves a raise.shevwas very kind and knowledgeable of the process and details. I will tell everybody I meet about Joe Hudson's. They are absolutely the best repair shop that I have ever taken a car to. Brought in my tesla after hitting the passenger side. I had a great experience with the repair work on my Tesla Model 3 Performance! The team did an excellent job the quality of the repair was top-notch, and the car looks and drives like new. Although they mentioned they would call with an update a week after I dropped the car off, I didn’t hear from them and ended up reaching out myself. When I called, they were helpful and gave me a full update without any issues. I understand it’s a busy shop, especially being Tesla-certified, so I wasn’t too bothered. The repair was completed fairly quickly, especially considering the extent of the damage. It would’ve been done even sooner if my insurance company hadn’t delayed the approval process. Overall, I highly recommend this shop if you need work done on your Tesla. Great service, great results!
