I went to get A front aligment for my sister car. After the aligment the car was still pulling to the right side but when I spoke with Joe about it he was mad at me for coming back and he did not want to help me . He only told that a tire rotation will fixed the problem but nothing else. I took my sister car to brake masters they fixed the problem it was a front aligment problem.

I took my son's car to another place down the street. They gave me some B.S. about Tie Rod Ends then Struts, so I left. I asked Joe to check these things out, and he gave the car a clean bill of health. Just needed some minor adjustment on the alignment. He suggested that the wear on the tires was caused by my son not periodically having the tires rotated. Made sense to me, because I doubt the tires were ever rotated! I only paid $45.00 and left very happy!

Buyer beware. I wouldn't recommend at all. Joe was very rude over the phone when I asked if I could make an appointment he said no. First come first serve. He opens at 8am so I got there at 7:45 so I could be first. As I'm talking to Joe in front of his shop someone from one of the neighboring shops walks over and hands him keys to a Subaru and says "no rush ". Joe then very rudely tells me it's gonna be 1/1/2-2 hrs because he has to do the Subaru first. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had a mechanic. Left my suburban there for a month and a half. Every week he had an excuse for why he didn’t work on it. First it was a missing part then it was “ran out of time”. Finally just took it elsewhere. You will be disappointed with the fast talking and lack of effort and movement. Beware

Brought the car in because of recommendation. Alignment was done within 15-20 mins. I drove the car and noticed that the steering wheel was not straight afterward. Told Joe and he wasnt happy and told me it was the road not even or I was too much and told me he's been doing this for over 20 yrs. After convincing him, he made adjustment to the tie rods but still was off. But he already had another car on the lift and told me he is behind. I would never come back. Told the person who recommended me and he wont recommend to anyone anymore. Adjusting the tie rod should not take long and he needs to work on his customer service.

I'm in the military, and my brakes went out on my last day of leave and had to get back to base. I called everyone explaining my situation, and everyone told me to wait till Monday. Then I called Joe's, and they told me they'll bump me to the front of the line just come on over, and they'll get me squared away. This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. On top of that, the technicians at Joe's know their trade and stand by their work. It looks like Joe's has a permanent customer when I'm in town.

Jay or J and Cesar helped me with my brakes. My rotors were warped and it made my steering wheel shake when I braked over 50mph. So I had to replace my rotors and brake pads. Trust worthy guys and knowledgeable.
