They are great!! Got in quick, they fixed my trailer in no time. Was surprised when I got the bill too. It was less than what I figured it would be. They have moved too. They are at 1921 Guinotte in KCMO. Right off I29 and Front Street. Check them out!!!

Dont know what the negative reviews are all about. I was treated with a very timely and friendly response from Joe. Made it out and got tge trailer fixed good and in good tine and saved us from having to have the load transferred to a different trailer like the company thought we were going to have to.

Watch out from this people.. gave us an estimate of $4000.00 or more just for breakes and lights as they realized that we had an OOS DOT Inspection. When we denied the service and requested to go to another shop they refused to release the trailer to us, held it hostage for 3 days than came back and charged us $680.00 for just diagnostic and storage fees as well as they charged us for 2 phone calls we made into their office ($100 per phone call???) when we realized we have a problems with crooks, we called the police, the police determined that its a civil matter how ever The guys in Joe's mobile even charged us for the police arrival $60.00. Unbelievable!! we had to pay cash over $680.00 just because we didn't want to do the service with them thats a theft... be careful with this guys!! as we are going to file a formal complaint to DOT as well!

My tour bus had a flat tire this morning, so i called Joe to come fix my flat. After he tried to jack up bus or put air in , it was a no go. Joe was great and even though he couldn't fix my flat ,he didn't charge me and referred me to a shop that was better equipped to handle my situation..

Joe was on site within minutes of my 8/20/2022 Friday evening call for a broken hydraulic line to a leveling jack on my 38' motorhome. He clearly disclosed pricing for repairs up front. Joe quickly diagnosed the problem, disassembled the jack, sourced the re-boring/re-threading of the jack cylinder on Monday, and then re-installed the assembly and refilled and tested the hydraulic system. He also addressed my questions regarding a detached horn wire and adding an air hose to my air compressor system. I plan to use his diesel engine inspection service in the near future and I do recommend his company to others.

Charged me $580 to bring out and replace a red hose, about 8 miles drive. Gave one price by phone, then demanded more money upfront. Also threatened to tow my vehicle if I refuse to pay within 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, charged a 100 dollars more. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this guy.

4 hours for a simple PM the manager is rude!! Fees on top of fees. BEWARE they charge a $15 shop supplies fee.. and 8% if you want to pay with a credit card. And the service manager is about as rude as they get... avoid if possible plenty of choices out there. Truck came in fine..left with check engine light on. Of course if I wanted them to check it I would have had to pay the diagnosis fee.. not to mention they charged 600 for a PM Beware! !

I brought my 24 ft trailer to these guys on a Sunday night with a frame that was broken in half. My trailer was loaded front to back full of everything I own and I had to pull it to California by friday. These guys more them met my expectations. They found 2 other descrancies wrong with trailer that could have been catastrophic to my upcoming trip. They fixed all my problems for the amount we agreed upon and I pulled the trailer 1800 miles straight to Los Angeles without a single issue. These guys had great customer service and communication with me through out the entire repair process. Without them I would have been dead in the water. Thanks guys for setting me up for safe travels.

I echo a similar "keeping my truck hostage" experience as a previous reviewer. I had four negative experiences with Joe's, all terrible. I had my box truck which would not start towed there because their hourly rate seemed attractive. They theoretically fixed it (which took several days including my new batteries replaced under warranty because they were supposedly not good anymore). 1) We agreed that my driver would pick the truck up from the shop in the morning because I had to make a route. Joe said it would certainly be fixed the prior afternoon. Only to find out the next morning that Joe was 200 miles away on a service call and would not release the truck because he had not done a final inspection and "if I wanted him to stand behind his work, he needed to inspect it before releasing". I asked if his tech at the shop could do that and he said no, "unfortunately he can't get good help these days". 2) The final bill was more than the Freighliner shop quoted and his excuse was that he overnighted a part and he marks up parts more than Freightliner. I'd note that Joe is the only person with any authority and he was almost never reachable. Joe would call me back from an unlisted cell. 3) The "not so good" help told me I could pay on the phone since I was out of State, but then when it came time to pick up the truck, Joe said payment had to be in person and he would hold my truck hostage until then. He said I could use a 3rd party payment service, but that option charged $150 to use their service. He continued to be incredibly unprofessional and after jumping through hoops to get him in-person payment, I finally got my truck. 4) The first time I tried to start the truck after getting it back, it would not start. I called Joe and apparently his version of "standing behind his work" that I mentioned above was that I'd have to pay almost $400 for him to come check the truck and then tow fees if he could not fix it onsite. Only after I threatened to write this review did he suddenly say if I had it towed to him, he'd reimburse the towing expense if it turned out to be his fault. This was the last straw and I just could not trust his shop so I did not have the truck towed to him. Service, they failed. Savings, they failed. Honesty, they failed. Take your business elsewhere. Check out bbb, there are even more people with similar payment scam and keeping the truck hostage stories.

Charged me $550 to bring out and replace a truck tire. I very clearly told him I wanted a brand new tire and not a retread. He brought out a retread and it was the wrong size which caused the tire next to it to blow out less than a month later. Wouldn't take a card over the phone or bill me. I had to drop what I was doing and drive out to the truck and drop off my credit card to my driver. Extremely unprofessional. I will never use them again.

All the reviews regarding misleading and price changing is EXACTLY correct. Jeremiah is a liar and a fraud. I shared with him my concerns over the reviews and got asked poignantly the cost for service. My truck was less than a mile away and needed a simple airline. I called him and he said the labor was $85 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and, since it was so close, a $40 call out fee. Low and behold my final bill was over $300!! Why? Because the tech was sent out 12 minutes before business hours the hourly rate was $95 and the call out was increased to $60 and a $17 shop fee (whatever that is), a $26.97 credit card convenience fee and the parts. Most disappointing was that when I reminded him of what HE quoted me, his response was that it was the owner of the shop who went out and HE decided on the increase and that was what I was charged and that was it. Yeah, stay away!! Jeremiah said that they have been in business for over 12 years and a couple of negative reviews doesn't bother him "his customers don't read them anyway." But it's my fault, I did read them, called them, and after speaking with Jeremiah, gave him the benefit of the doubt. STAY AWAY!!

OMG. I’m pulling my hallmark trailer behind my RV heading for Sturgis. Get to Cozy corner RV park at 5pm (great place btw) get out and see they my leaf spring on trailer snapped and fender dropped onto tire. Camp neighbor suggested Joes Mobile, called him, gave him dimensions of spring, shackle, etc. Next morning he was waiting for parts place to open at 8am, arrived at my camp at 9:30 and was done and I was on the road by 11am!!! Incredible service. I would give 100 stars if I could. Saved my travel-didn’t skip a beat.

I travel ALOT and have been having problems with the axles on my travel trailer. Put new ones on that were the same as those that came on the trailer - they didn't last long - started having tires wear out fast. While in MO found out they were bent AGAIN - the roads and interstates are horrible with pot holes etc. I found Joe online, called him and he was on my way to my next destination. Stopped in and he is BY FAR the most knowledgeable person I have ever had to deal with regarding axles and tires. I travel a lot more than travel trailers were designed for, so he ordered and put on heavier duty axels. He has an electric spot available to overnight at if need be. He provided all the cost details etc. Super nice person. Looking forward to hitting the road with much better axels!! Very highly recommend!!!

I’m a trucker, after being placed out of service I called everyone on the list a DOT officer gave me after he put me out of service, and David was the only one to answer. He was here in less then 30 mins replaced my front pads, adjusted my rear slack adjusters and I was back in service and rolling in no time. Amazing, thank you David, and joes mobile!

I had a U-Haul trailer towing my Civic up the I-35N when one of the tires blew out. Roadside Assistance sent Joe's out - they quoted 90 minutes but he made it there in 45. He was quick, locally knowledgeable, and professional. We were very appreciative.
