Went there the first time they did great. Second time I went there they couldn't help me because the labor was going to be to high for what my jeep is worth plus the guy there said he was going to order me parts a week before I was supposed to have it worked on then went there to drop it off the next week he told me he doesn't recall telling me he was going to order parts.

If you have to be at a Car Body Shop, John Hoffer is the one to be at! Matt, your 1st..during ..and last point of contact, is on top of everything. They have a wonderful texting system they use. It sends out the progress on your vehicle and if you have questions, just text Matt! Always quick to respond. Would 100% recommend ! !

They gave me an estimated time of 36 hours 8 days I showed up and parts where everywhere whowed up the day 9 same thing the excuse was that’s being polished and that they would have it by the next day. Showed up the 10th day and it still wasn’t together till later on the day . Showed up they said it was ready and right away you could see a DENT on the door and scratch mark they did TERRIBLE experience! They never keep in touch with you about anything going on Matt Campbell is the manager at this Body Show terrible service!

I had my Chrysler 200 towed to John Hoffer because they are a Chrysler dealer and my car had engine and body damage after an accident. I am use to getting an estimate the same day. The service department manager (engine) said take it to the body shop. The body shop manager said take it to the service department. Both didn't have good things to say about each other and I'm the customer. I don't need to know about your internal problems, just fix my car! They stated they were way behind and couldn't get me an estimate right away. It took over a week and a half to get an estimate! This even included me calling multiple times and involving the general manager. This also including my insurance adjuster going to their shop and writing up the body shop estimate. He needed help on the engine estimate. They finally come back and tell me that it is totaled. My insurance adjuster talks to me and says he isn't very happy with their bill. Initial cost to tell me that my car was totaled came in at $2300! To tell me the car was totaled! This included the tow bill. I understand that. This includes the diagnostics on the engine. I understand that. This includes a repair cost. I don't understand that. They were also charging around $60 a day for storage! Why would they ever hurry on an estimate when they get $60 a day for storage. Horrible experience. Tons of phone calls and many new gray hairs.

10 stars! I cannot recommend this place enough! Holly and Curtis fought tirelessly with my terrible insurance (don't get Allstate, y'all!) for over a month, advocating for me every step of the way. After my car accident, I called multiple auto shops in the area, but Holly was the first to ask if I was okay—something that really stood out to me. Their customer service is truly above and beyond. Holly promised me that I wouldn’t be left waiting a month to find out if my car was totaled, and she kept that promise, getting me answers within a week! Meanwhile, my insurance dragged their feet for over a month. Through it all, Holly and Curtis did everything they could—and more—to take care of me, walking me through a process that should have been handled by Allstate. I can't thank them enough for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication they showed me during such a stressful time. If you want to feel like more than just another customer, this is the place to go. They treat you like family and take care of you like one too.
