After the hurricane, they sold and installed 2 "new" tires on my wife's car. Less than 3 years later, they told my wife she needed to replace them because they were dry rotted. When I asked how the tires they sold to us less than 3 years ago could already be dry rotted, they told us the tires were manufactured in 2018. Long story short, they sold us tires that were over 3 years old and then tried to capitalize on their deceit by trying to sell us more "new" tires. I fell for it once, but never again. Take extreme caution. Do not trust them!

With all the unprofessionalism, rudeness & inability to properly work on my car, I now drive an extra hour to Ft Walton so I don't have to deal with the team at this location. Panama City location had my car for a total of about 4 months & never fixed my car. Ft Walton got it done within a month. I purchased my vehicle here in 2021 with all the extra warranties, extended warranties, etc. so I've taken my car here & for the most part only here the last 3 years. Unless it's something that needs to be taken care of at this specific location, I will be going out of my way from now on to go somewhere else to get my car serviced. The first time I got my car serviced here wasn't too soon after I purchased my Mazda 3 because my car was running funny. I watched the service guys peel off the lot with my car to the point to where I heard the tires screech. When they brought my car back there was a crack in the windshield... we pointed out the crack & how we saw how they were being reckless with my car & their only response was "You have insurance that will pay for a free windshield." not taking any accountability for how they handled my car. There was a period, when Matt worked there, I was taken care of properly and never had an issue. Matt always made sure I knew everything that was being done to my car, costs before doing any work & overall updates for times my car was there for awhile. I'm not sure what happened to him but since he left this place is a nightmare again. Once my car was there for almost 2 weeks not even touched. When I called to ask if it was done they blamed me for not approving something, when I was never communicated I needed to approve anything. Recently had them work on my car after a collision. The initial body shop couldn't fix a malfunction light that wouldn't turn off, so they told me to make it to Mazda. Keep in mind, I was in communication with the body shop, Mazda & insurance about Mazda handling the vehicle from there. Mazda goes out their way to fix the problems through my warranty instead of insurance, costing me an additional $100 on top of the deductible I already paid my insurance. They told me to contact my insurance for it to be covered, which I did. Then they turned around & told my insurance it wasn't accident related... after telling me it was & to take care of it on my end... which means either they lied to me to get my money or my insurance to cover their mistake. After I finally pick up my vehicle (3 days after I was told it would be ready), they didn't bother to fix what I had initially brought it in for & the light is still on. I asked about bringing it in & getting a loaner car. They told me they would let me know when one was available that day & of course they didn't. When I asked about the loaner car they went off telling me I'm not allowed a loaner car anymore (even though they had just told me I could have one & offered me one when I initially took the car in) & to go to a different shop. The way they treat their customers when things don't go 100% smooth is ridiculous. Both Jeff & Kurt (the manager) don't know how to communicate with their customers when they mess up. They continued to blame me for their mistake & then when I tried to fix it on my end they changed their story. I truly DO NOT trust my car in their hands.

Great customer service and they send you videos of your car and their assessment/what they will be doing...cool feature. They treat your car like professionals and I'm happy with the service. The only drawback, of course, is that the prices are a bit on the high side. They are doing renovations at the time of this review so the waiting area is a bit sparse. However it looks like it will be cool when they finish construction.
