Its It's always fun to visit Johnny's True Value! A vintage store that takes you back in time. Only drawback is the male attendants are very friendly with the ladies and kinda rude to the men. Should be equal, friendly treatment for everyone! Prices are reasonable and selection is good.

I love johnny’s. You always run into random treasures here. I’ve ran into antiques still on their shelves from years ago and items that i had been looking for but were discontinued but they they still had some old stock. They also have some items that you can’t find anywhere else. The staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable unlike the big box hardware stores. Give it a try!

Great store, was able to get a clutch for a echo trimmer. they carry lots of useful stuff as a hardware store, even hard to find parts. The employees are nice, know their stuff and are willing to help you, but at the same time aren't chasing you down like you did something wrong. They carry fishing gear, hunting and shooting equipment and firearms, plumbing, power and hand tools, housewares and more! great place its a big store with a mom and pop feel.

This place is a reminder to all of another time. Some might remember this place from growing up. Others might never have stopped coming here and with good reason. There is plenty to see and plenty to own. The prices are reasonable. The help is amazing. I really do love how this store feels. It is so welcoming with it's simplicity. Hardware. fishing needs. Personnel is very helpful. Let me tell you something about this place... You will find very useful products, but what I enjoy the most is that there are especially unique treasures. Take for instance, COOKIE CUTTERS = there were many hanging on a board. I very smart idea, to say the least. It makes it so easy to see exactly all the sizes and shapes. I can't wait to go back. It's a Must see to believe. Oh, and I'm going to take my time to find other unique products.

The last of the old time mom and pop hardware stores with personalized service in each department. Update: Unfortunately, Johnny's True Value was destroyed by a devastating fire early on July 22, 2025. The building is reported to be a total loss. I sure hope they will be able to recover and rebuild eventually, but even if they can, it will be years instead of just weeks or months. Best of luck to James, Bart, and all the crew. Thanks for many years of first class service.

If you can't find it anywhere, try Johnny's True value. You'll find it here! Just bought me a couple of GG Sport Shirts. Very comfortable and cool. Bright colors which is what I like. Wore one today and already have gotten 4 compliments in less than two hours!(SO,SO SAD, THEY'RE NO LONGER AROUND. JUST TODAY I'M TRYING TO FIND SOMEWHERE I CAN GET A RELIABLE DUPLICATE KEY MADE. SOMETHING SO SIMPLE. GIANTS LIKE HOME DEPOT HAVE KIOSK DO IT YOURSELF WITH NO GAURANTEE THEY'LL WORK. WALMART, I'VE TRIED THEIRS AND THEY NEVER SEEM TO WORK. I MISS JOHNNY'S TRUE VALUE!😢😢

Great customer service today. With the flood not to long ago our weed eater was left in the water on our garage floor😩 we ran in and picked up all we could off floor but missed the weed eater. Thankfully we were able to change our spark plug and get assistance from Johnny true values guys on spark plug because we lost it going from place to place trying to get the exact same spark plug. Their workers knew exactly which spark plug to recommend! Our weed eater is working great now! Spark plug $4! New weed eater $200! Thank y'all so much for your help and saving us money!

We are here visiting from out of state and helping do some small repairs at my mother in laws. After visiting a few of the big box stores we stopped by true value. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Robert. After explaining what we were looking for, he immediately led us to the product that we needed to complete the repair that needed to be accomplished. His knowledge and insight were extremely helpful.
