I can't say enough good things about Josh's Auto Detailing! My car looks better now than when I first got it from the dealership. If I could do a half a star I would. I have had the most upsetting experience I've ever had with a mechanic with Josh. He lied to me, had me pay up front for a job that wasn't done, that was the first mistake. If you don't want your car to get fixed and get ripped off this is your dude. He'll gladly take your money give you a sob story of everything going wrong in his life, to be yelled at and told his autism was about to kick in ans and he would really snap. After yelling at me repeatedly because he messed up, telling me how could he do anything without getting paid up front, idk anyone who does business this way, he than hung up on me. I never once raised my voice or became unprofessional through all of this, he has to be hands down the worst business owner ever.

They fixed a ticking sound in my car that many mechanics couldn’t find ..they are upfront about the time it takes to fix your vehicle and very reasonable priced. He gets me in quickly and tells me exactly what's going on with my car. His prices are reasonable and he puts estimates in writing before any work is done. He took care of my coolant problem and put new tires on my car. He will let you know if there is something you should get taken care of, without a high-pressure sales pitch. He will also come to you for certain types of work. He's a nice guy, too!

I called Josh 1/22/26 (probably unbeknownst to him) absolutely devastated that my van wasnt starting and I didnt know what else to do. I remembered his work because of his excellent advertisement skills using his cute pup and great jokes. I was met with no less. He was so kind and understanding. Apologetic because he couldn't come help at that moment! Unlike most mechanics, he kept in communication with me making sure I was able to get home eventually. Today 1/23/26 I took my van in to see Josh after finally getting it started. He didnt hesitate at all on telling me to come right up so we could look it over and figure out a plan. Honestly, I have no idea how much it will cost, but I feel my -not easy to come by- money will indeed be going to the right business! For the first time in my 33 years of life I am trusting a mechanic for the first time! Thank you all so very much 🙏 I will be better prepared with puppy goodies the next time ❤️💕

I took my Nissan Marano to Josh‘s garage and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service as well as the honesty and integrity of the two mechanics with one of them being Josh?. They showed me what needed to be fixed and was able to fix my oil leak while I waited and the prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend this shop. They will also get my business for my F350 super duty with 6.7 power stroke diesel.
