Jose had worked on everyones car in the city of Oakland lol. I often have to force him to take more $$$$$ , hes humble and an honest worker. I highly doubt hes take advantage of a Senior. His dad is a senior and works at the shop with Jose. This is a family owned business with a great reputation. There is no one more honest than Jose. Sad to see a negative post, probably his competition. Anyway do yourself a favor n see Jose for all your Car issues

I went in to get my car inspected before a big road trip. Among other things, they recommended that I replace my serpentine belt, so I went ahead and did that. Soon after, there started to be a loud squealing noise sometimes when I started my car. Found out later that they installed the wrong size when I got it looked at and fixed at another shop. After that the noise was gone. I tried to reach out to see if they would refund me for their error but I was never able to get a response from them.

Brought my Honda Sedan to JT for a full suspension rebuild due to alignment issues caused by previous owner. He was able to fix the issue and now my car drives comfortable and doesn’t pull to the right anymore. A quick turn around time of the services done too. Reasonable and knowledgeable mechanic. Brian answered the phone, and was able to get me into the shop on short notice for an inspection on a car I was looking to buy from someone on Craigslist. We arrived at 3:30pm and he started and finished in an hour and a half. He was very thorough while also answering any questions I had along the way. Needless to say he found a lot of things wrong and his recommendations were instrumental in my decision to not buy the car. And all that for $65?!
