In September 2016, We were driving our RV (2008 Ford E450 Super Duty) on Route 70 in Maryland when the engine locked up. The RV was towed to JT Repair. Justin explained the options and worked with the insurance company. We opted for the Jasper reconditioned engine with a decent warranty. At my request Justin and team put some decent wheels on her and fixed a few other things unrelated to the engine work. Out of winter, we took a small trip and a long trip (Virginia to Florida) without a single problem. Thank you Justin and team!

I dropped truck off May 19th. I was told there were two cars in front of it, and that should be done in a little over a week. I called multiple times and kept getting a let me check with other shop and I'll get back with you response. Flash forward to June 24th when I picked truck up, nothing was ever done to truck. Guy on phone said they were waiting on part, but all parts where dropped off with truck. Was told that they take care of other fleets and if their jobs come in that they take precedent. Was also told that they didn't have time for my little job. Worst experience ever. Losing my work truck for over a month and the most unapologetic and arrogant shop owner ever.

rectified i got a 2018 freightliner at this place through LRM Leasing , run 2 weeks now it at the shop roughly about $5000 in repair , these problems are chronic , meaning they sole the a truck broken truck , and you won't know until you have a long ride, I bought the truck to help get on my feet ,.. toughest time on my life . it's just my experience with LRM Leasing
