Came here for replacement of struts for my dad's 2004 van and the owner James gave a very reasonable price and explained the whole process in detail. Got it finished within 2 days despite him being busy. Most places take a week minimum. Very reliable mechanics who are very thorough with their job. I've been to many autbody shops , but this place has my business for all future issues.

I’ve been to many mechanics before but James and his team are the best. They’ve done work on both my Mercedes c300 and Toyota Sienna. For both, they’ve gotten the work done quickly and at an affordable price. Won’t go anywhere else.

I have been going to James' shop since approx. 2006. My Infiniti, Acura, Honda, and now Subaru for brakes, plugs, hub bearing assemblies, and other general maintenance. He is the most honest and up-front mechanic I've met, and Marco and Luis are also great to work with. Very reasonable costs, their parts or mine, he never disappoints. Highly recommended.

This is, hands down, the best mechanic I have EVER been to in my life. I have serviced two of my cars here, have recommended it to my parents, best friend, girlfriend, and everybody else willing to listen. And, everybody, without exception, has had an amazing experience here. James (the owner, his Americanized name) is knowledgeable, attentive, and completely honest (yeah, I know...he's a mechanic right?). More than once I have paid less than I was quoted originally for work done faster than I expected...that just doesn't happen normally. They are always able to find an economical way to do the work, have a fair hourly labor rate, and if they don't do some work, they can have somebody do it so you don't have to bring your car to multiple places. Basically, just bring your car there, talk to James, and treat him like a friend...you will not be disappointed!

I had to replace catalyst converter in my 2009 Toyota Prius. When I approached other shops they toldthe charge would be between $500 and 900. I found this shop through Google reviews and went there. I bought the converter from eBay for $45 and then gave to the mechanic. He just charged $120 as labor charge and changed the converter within 3 hours. In total I fixed the issue under $200 which would have taken if I took the car to other shops. Now the car is running fine. I strongly recommend this shop for affordable and quick mechanic service.

This repair shop is quite simply the best I've found. They are always fair in price and very accommodating. I trust them implicitly. They don't go for the jugular vein. Their goal appears to be the acquisition of long term customers and not just to squeeze every dime out of you. I say this because of my first time using them when I left a shop and found Just Car Repair in a Google search. They saved me a lot of money. You can't go wrong with them and you may just find your mechanic for life.

I have been taking my cars to Mr. James for the last 15 years. I had a Avalon, a Lexus GS400, a LS400 and now a Rav4. I moved further away, and tried to find a mechanic that was closer, but the experience was not the same. I even told my cousin about his and Mr. James is his go-to Mechanic. Mr. James is worth the trip and I will be returning my services to him. He service is always speedy and his prices are more than reasonable. I love this guy!!

My brother recommended Mr. James, and despite living way out in Germantown, MD, I decided to make the drive – and I'm incredibly grateful I did! When my 2017 Ford Fusion developed a coolant leak just after hitting 100,000 miles, I shopped around to three different mechanics first. After having been a client of James and his team for 3 years, I'm finally leaving a well-deserved review. They truly work their hardest for their clients. What I appreciate most is their professionalism, which comes with transparency—they look after the issues in a highly responsible manner, while not inflating the bills. I sometimes check prices at another shop closer to home, but James' prices are always much fairer. Today he sent me home by telling me my battery is very good with no change needed.😂 Highly recommended!
