If I could give six stars I would. I only met with one mechanic who I believe co-owns it. He was approachable, efficient, timely and gave great advice as well as service. Got the part same day so we could finish our road trip. Was super nice to my little daughter and even diagnosed an old problem on an older car. I wish they were here at home!

Kaden I apologize that this is a little late. Back in the last week of March first week of April my family and I did a trip from Kansas City to Las Vegas in our Ford 150. It was an amazing trip!! We were heading back through St. George when our engine started chugging really bad. I did a quick search for service places and K and A came up. We stopped by and Kaden came out and took a look at our vehicle and ran diagnostics. He took our truck in and changed a spark plug and it fixed our issue. He also gave us a heads up that there was a small knocking coming from under the engine but couldn’t exactly pin point what the issue was, he kept the truck for an extra day to try to figure out what it was as we had a long hall back to KC through the Rockies. The next day we picked up the truck and headed home. We were about an hour out side of St.George and my husband was passing a semi and the truck made a funny sound and my husband said the truck lost power. We coasted back over behind the semi and over to the shoulder. There was a huge trail of oil behind our truck. We called Kaden and he said have it towed to his shop. We got off the phone with Kaden and called the tow truck. Tow truck driver told us we needed to get ahold of Uber or Lyft to get a ride as his company didn’t allow people to ride with them. I tried both services and no one would come out to where we were. I called Kaden and he said sit fast I will have my wife come out and pick you up. An HOUR AWAY and his wife would come pick up our family, talk about life savers!! We made it back to St George and the shop and we’re finally able to see what had happened. Blown engine…..the good news is we bought the extended warranty on the truck and Kaden went to bat for us for the warranty. We ended up paying pennies on the dollar for the fix as Kaden was able to get the engine under warranty. Now the only hard part was the engine wouldn’t be available for 2-3 weeks out. We ended up getting a rental car and driving home. We picked our truck up in the middle of April and drove it home. The whole trip would of been a major nightmare but Kaden and his family and shop saved and helped us in a major way. Would definitely recommend K and A with any of your vehicle needs. I am beyond satisfied with this garage. My vehicle has water damage in the fuse box and Kaden was able to get the AC working. He explained to me in detail what my options are. As he went into detail about an auxiliary relay and a few other things, he talked to me like I understood what he was saying, and I did, and when I walked away knowing my options and what was going on with the car. I know this should be the norm everywhere, but I can tell you, as a female, it's not. So I not only want to recognize his work, but his attitude toward humans. Good people. Much love. Thanks, guys!

I had a fantastic experience with them. I appreciate how honest they are. I was towed in due to my alternator dying. They quickly diagnosed and fixed it. I was also told my break pads may need repair soon but that it wasn't something that needs immediate attention. I feel like at other shops they always make everything seem urgent even if the repair can wait. I will be using this shop for all my future repairs.

I’m sad they’ve been temporarily closed (to my understanding?) my dad was a professional mechanic with 40 years of experience when he professionally retired and retired from family vehicle maintenance. I tried this shop and I instantly felt like I could trust them. Other shops I had tried through the years, I’d go in for an oil change to see how I felt and leave with a list of $5,000 worth of maintenance and repairs I needed. I went to K&A with some work I thought I needed and they actually talked me out of some of it, telling me it was something I needed done eventually but it really wasn’t a rush. When my dad approves of them I knew I could rely on them. If they’re ever back in the business I will continue to be a loyal customer. I know they won’t up sell me on things I don’t need, so I feel confident that I’m investing in a true necessity by spending whatever amount they recommend on a repair or maintenance. I know my vehicle is older and has some mileage so I know it needs some work and I don’t mind the investment into its long term life, but I want to know I’m not just throwing money away. I’ve since recommended multiple people to them who all had similar experiences where they just felt like the recommendations made sense, were not unnecessary upselling, and were priced fairy.

Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. Kaden was able to diagnose and fix a few problems on my VW Passat. I’ve been in the shop to have my water pump, timing belt, and fuel filter replaced, as well as for various diagnostics. He has always been honest and upfront with me. Not to mention he has the best deals on parts and labor in town that I know of! Great, down to earth family man who will take care of you. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else
